It was our second time. The chalets are very nice. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The restaurant offered good menu options.

The best thing about the hotel was the view which was spectacular. The internet was not great at all, not working most times and we experienced power cuts due to thunder and rain. Hotel staff were great.

All the staff and especially Bright and Joseline were outstanding in the level of service they gave. It was a truly amazing experience staying here. I was treating my 90 year old grandmother a special weekend getaway and they accommodated us so dearly. Our chalet was beautiful, grand, spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious, we did not have a single mediocre meal. The place itself is magical and so relaxing. Look forward to making this trip again in the future.
