Stay declined at lobby as no more pet rooms , even with a reservation

Room was very clean but the hallways smelled. It was strange to have a full kitchen but they would not provide in room coffee you had to get ready and go down to the lobby for coffee.??! We women like to drink our coffee while getting ready, not after.?! This is a strange thing to do and foxe people to come down first him in the morning to get a coffee?!

The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, there were NO amenities. The hotel has ONE hairdryer, we had to call down and pick it up.

Front desk staff very rude. Libby if the hotel is very small, no where to even sit if needed. No bedside reading lamps or lights.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent for my purposes. Air conditioning worked great as it was very hot during my stay.

we stayed for 2 nights. The next day we went out and hoped to come back to a lovely cleaned room and a nice shower. We got back around 10pm and found that our room had not had any housekeeping. It was really disappointing. I called to the desk and she had no idea what to say or why there had been no cleaning. When I asked at the desk the next day, I still didn't get any explanation or any offer to make up for this. I would not stay again.

The room had a fishy smell. There are no bed side lamps just overhead very bright lights.

Always a great stay! Had issue with the fridge and within few mins it was replaced with a working one!!!! Great place to stay!!!

Very basic hotel but clean and quiet

Good place for a pit stop. Clean and confortable. Our suite was not well equipped, only two plates and one glass.
