Calm and property with very good ambience. And that it has its own restaurant.

La route pour s’y rendre n’est pas commode. Il y a eu une panne d’électricité dès notre arrivée qui a duré tout la première soirée. Le lac est par ailleurs extraordinaire et le quai très chouette. Les installations sont négligées et manquent dentretien. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le resto est honnête. La musique américaine aurait intérêt à être remplacée le matin par de la musique locale et plus relaxe pour le soir.

This place was beautiful and a nice place! The pictures are accurate. But I do have to mention the negatives. 1) I didn’t realize it’s in a farther area of the lake where there’s nothing around it. I would never have walked outside, didn’t look safe as a tourist. So your limited to transportation to get in and out and takes around 20min on a dirt road to exit that area. Theres a more populated touristy area across the lake on the other side. 2) One of the most pathetic things from this hotel, especially with what I mentioned before, they don’t allow us to take in ANY outside food??!?! They wanted to take away my kids cereal and granola bar snacks and told me to dump them or they can hold it. Are you kidding me??? lol Out of all my travels, have never heard of that absurdity. We snuck the snacks in every night and had to hide it to come in! Hahahaha The jokes on them. Such a petty rule that will make them lose customers like myself. 3) Lastly, This is a chill “exclusive” hotel. There was a horrible trashy guy with a Herod of three woman there when we arrived, he was drunk, loud and obnoxious. Why was it their fault? They kept serving him alcohol way past when they should have. It almost ruined our stay. Luckily they kicked him out, but it should never have gotten to that point. Also; they have “day passes” and day passes usually attract that type of element. That is not “exclusive”. 4)Also, very overpriced water activities. Nice hotel, but I would not stay there again.

Clean room and it has a big space, the pool was clean and they staff make sure to cleans it every morning, the food was delicious very tasty, and the view was amazing, def make my trip great.

Outstanding service... staff is activly traying to make your experience unique and joyful. The property is located a bit far from the main road, but the amenities and the access to the lake are great!

La recepción es muy amable y nos regalaron bebidas de cortesía! El hospedaje incluye kayak y paddle board lo cual es genial y tbn puedes rentar moto o lancha. Las instalaciones creo que pueden mejorar

This place was pretty amazing Jonathan the waiter excellent service the food very yummy Daniella the snow cones she is the one make possible you eat a snow cones before you eat one. I really recommend this hotel amazing with excellent staff.

The place was beautiful, food is amazing, staff very nice and helpful. Be prepared to drive at least 3 miles on a dirt road in pretty bad shape but it worths it. Do not drive at night, it was very stres full for us as a family, try to check in early and enjoy the place which is a paradaise.

Väldigt fina moderna rum och ett hotell med mycket vacker utsikt. Bra säkerhet runt hotellet och hjälpsam personal. En större och en mindre pool och möjlighet till bad i snön, var väldigt uppskattat. Vägen till hotellet var dock en mardröm och det tog ca 30-40 minuter att köra de sista 6 km fram till hotellet på grund av en riktigt fruktansvärd grusväg dit. Hotellet skriver i sitt avtal att de inte tar ansvar för värdesaker som inte förvaras i säkerhetsskåpet, men det finns inga säkerhetsskåp i något av rummen. Efter att detta påtalades gavs vi möjlighet att förvara våra värdesaker i receptionens säkerhetsskåp, vilket vi inte gjorde då detta blev mycket opraktiskt och kändes opålitligt. Frukost (5 olika alternativ på mat) ingick men allt utöver detta (förutom te/kaffe) var mot en kostnad (även vatten) och tog mycket betalt för allt.

I reccomend this hotel the staff is nice, the place is clean and the environment is family friendly. The ameneties there are great like Jetski and kayak which are very enjoyable and fun.

Great, family friendly place. We went with our 7 and 9 year olds, and they had a blast.

Our family loved our stay. The lake is beautiful and the dock was nice. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs. It was fine for us, but I could see that being a problem for less mobile guests. Overall, we would return.

The resort is very clean with nice friendly staff and the food is very good. We traveled with my parents and my 2 teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and the nice resort. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful, but all too short stay here. The pool and pier are beautiful, as are the lake views. The breakfast and restaurant food delicious. Fabulous, friendly and hardworking staff. We were given an early check in which we appreciated. Hot shower Beds were comfy . The only negative is that the pillows could be better quality. Would love to come back.

lake view is very good nice hotel to relax and enjoy lake coatepeque the pool is also nice. breakfast was decent. the road is bad to get to the hotel - you have to drive 20 minutes on a rocky-dusty road. I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
