Excellent place, just 10-15 minutes walk up the hill. Owner ensures good intro

The unit was OK. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed quickly. Clean, no bugs good appliances. The downsides were that only the bedroom is air conditioned and the location is well off the beaten path with a very steep hill. Expedia showed thos property at the marina. It is not. It is in a local residential neighborhood.

Property has a great view, but a misleading location when booking. The place was not ready to host, arriving the stove had no gas and A/C was not working.( got fixed a week later). Had to buy a wifi extender to have wifi in the room with the only AC unit working. Wifi would go out and wasnt strong enough to stream shows. Would go out continuously. Small little details within the stay. Guy is very friendly and wants you to have a great time, but just those issues left a bad taste. Hopefully the next guest doesn’t have the same issues.

The Aircondition was terrible . Only a small unit in the bedroom . The owner was weird . Finding the place was not easy . The address is not correct . Bad communication from the owner .

This was my worst experience in booking a space. The property is not where he said it is. It's at least a 20 minute drive. This was booked because of the location. A horrible road to the house and a steep flight of stairs to carry bags to the apartment. When I got there the apartment was stuffy. There was a sewer smell coming from the toilet with no exhaust or ventilation. I checked out immediately but the host refused to respond to Expedia or process a refund. I lost hundreds of dollars.

El lugar muy limpio. Pero es difícil llegar con maletas grandes, la entrada es una subida muy alta y muchas escaleras. Pero el lugar está impresionante, una vez que logras llegar a la habitación tiene la mejor vista a la bahía. Y es muy relajante, realmente vale la pena la vista que tiene. Great view, but getting there was a lot, steep hill and far away from local road. It was very clean and host was extremely friendly and caring.

The property was very nice, it was spacious and clean. The property sits on a hill with an amazing view of Rodney bay and the surrounding area. Getting to the property was difficult initially because google mapped it incorrectly (new development). The walk up to the apartment is very steep; if you have knees or back problems not recommended. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend staying here; oh, the apartment is perfect for two couples (4 people).

Great views of Rodney bay, 15 mins walk to Reduit Beach. Property was very spacious and private with very helpful Landlady.

Nice apartment with a very comfortable bed and a breathtaking view over the bay from the house. The main problem with this place is the information about the place is misleadning. If updated, I am sure the place will get guests with the right expectations. The place is NOT in the marina as indicated on the map. It is in rodney hills, high up, a steap walk 15-20 min walk or a 7,5 EUR cab ride. I booked the junior room, it said there would be some sea view, there were none. That room did not have internet nor netflix as the stated in the add. I had to go out in the backyard where I’ve got very limited wifi signal. It is a good place, just false marketing and not what I was looking for.
