Comfort hotel

貸切風呂があってよかった。

It was an incredible experience. Traditional Japanese room, very clean with a view to the mountains. The staff were extremely kind and polite and the buffet food was great. The hotel is also located very close to the main attractions in Shuzenji so everything is walking distance. Also very close to amazing cafes and restaurants like honohono cafe. You can also take a bus and go to Mihama Beach to see Mt Fuji! Would come here again, 10/10.

Amazing selection of private onsen. So many open air mineral baths to choose from! So relaxing with a traditional Japanese feel

その外観とはうらはらに、内装は「新しさ 」が目立ち、清潔な印象でした。 唯一 気になったのは、館内での「履物」です。「足袋」ではなく、「スリッパ」にしてほしかったと思います。

The extras offered were fantastic. As was the staff service. The onsen was really relaxing and using the private ones were simple enough.

四階お風呂の入口近辺の匂いがキツかったです。 それだけ あとは満点！

館内の遊びスペースが広く、小さいお子さんは喜んでいるようでした。私達は、もう成人した息子達との旅行でしたが、卓球やコミックスペース、ちょっとしたサービス（ドリンクやアイス）夜のラーメン、そして何より種類のある貸切風呂（予約無し）に入る事が出来、大人家族も楽しむ事が出来ました！夜のブッフェは、特にステーキと金目が美味しかったです。 スタッフも感じが良く、夏休みらしい良い家族時間が過ごせました。

조식 석식 퀄리티가 너무 나쁘다 하지만 7개의 무료 온천탕 이용은 너무 좋다

Love the amenities and customer service from arrival to departure. Good spread of buffet breakfast, free drinks at the reception and supper! Awesome stay and will visit again

We really enjoyed our stay. Shuzenji Onsen was fabulous and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the Onsen and my kids enjoyed wearing the yakuta and loungewear around the hotel. We borrowed some bikes for a few hours and they were in great condition.

両親へのプレゼントにと思い宿泊させて頂きました。が、過去に両親は来た事があるとの事。それだけ、リッチ気分にさせてくれる施設なんだなと感じました。 貸切風呂が無料で予約も不要というだけあってか、3〜４回見に行きましたが使用中で、利用できませんでした。 食事は種類が豊富で食べきれない程でした。

GWの前半に利用したが、宿泊客が多くなく貸切風呂は待ち時間なく利用できて良かった。ただ、2食付きのプランにしたが、夕食の質は価格に見合ってないと感じた。

渡過3日2晚親子旅行，溫泉寧静舒適尚有男女大眾同7間私溫泉選擇，包自助早及晚餐食物選擇豐富，還可在附近晚上賞夜櫻呢！會再次到訪✌️

今まで泊まった旅館と一風変わっていて、スリッパが無く、足袋で館内を歩いたり、貸切風呂が予約制ではなく空いていて待機者がいなければ自由に入れるなど新鮮に感じた。ゆっくり温泉を堪能できました。是非お勧めしたいです。
