Undying sewage smell in room on 5th floor.

Teníamos nuestro vuelo a las 3 am, así que decidimos pagar dos noches acá y hacer el check out a las 11:30 pm y no quedarnos a esperar en el aeropuerto (que por cierto no tienen lugares adecuados para la espera), fue al mejor decisión. El desayuno está muy bien y el resturante también es bueno, al cena con comida típica de Kenia estuvo maravillosa!! No tiene servicio para ayuda con el equipaje, lo cual me gustó, ya que no todas las personas queremos esa ayuda. La habitación era ENORME!! Muy cómoda. Nos dan botella de agua cada día. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos allá para estancias de una o dos noches. El hotel tiene lugar de oración para musulmanes y no es tan silencioso en la noche por la cercanía con una autopista, pero si lo suficiente para dormir y descansar bien.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and included a free breakfast. Rooms hot and no airco. If you open the windows it’s very noisy. Staff lovely and breakfast good.

I booked this hotel last-minute when my private guide had a family emergency, so I had to fly from Mombasa to Nairobi and completely rework the last 6 days of my trip. Since I had only planned to be in Nairobi to fly in and out, I hadn’t done any research on where to stay. Fortunately, Razana was a great choice! The room was big and beautiful, the perfect retreat after a chaotic day in the city or a long safari tour. The shower is amazing, minifridge was helpful, loved the sitting area and desk space. As a solo female traveler, I felt the staff went out of their way to make me feel extra safe and welcome. While I did not eat at the restaurant, the menu is extensive and fairly-priced, and they will arrange room service if crowded (it is very popular with locals—always a good sign). While there is some street noise, I always travel with my portable sound machine, so I had no issues. If I ever return to Nairobi, I would definitely choose Razana again.

Room was nice and spacious! Staff were efficient and breakfast was ok. The area surrounding the hotel does not seem good though as it is dirty, noisy and there are limited restaurants nearby. We only stayed for one night and ordered room service. It's convenient if you want a decent cheap hotel near the airport.

A good hotel. V close to Wilson Airport which is why I chose it

The rooms are nice and clean. The property is also convenient from the airport and the food is great. The part that had shortcomings is the waiters at the restaurant, they were not proactive towards serving customers though they were not busy at the time. The hotel is also situated in a noisy place.
