Convenient access to Tameike-sanno Station on the Ginza Line with one of the exits that includes a lift being right across the road from the front door. The short passage from the lift to my room had an odd smell, but it was fine in the room. Might be due to a lack of adequate ventilation. Took a bit getting used to extremely compact bathroom being 6' with multiple elbow hits on the walls. That together with the bed length means if you are any taller, it is not going to be a good time. I hope the window curtains get washed together with the bed linen as they hang down right above your face, in the corner room at least. This too is probably less of an issue if you do not fill the bed corner to corner.

Courteous and clean.

The staff was fine and the room is spacious, but it is the worst bed and pillow I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The pillow practically disintegrated once any weight was on it. Spacious but I wouldn’t recommend if you want a good sleep.

This place was amazingggggg, the staff was so friendly and it was always clean. It was very very convenient because the station was literally across the street to the ginza line which takes you just about everywhere. It was the perfect place.

The room and bathroom were a little small and can feel tight but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a train station right outside the hotel so the location is great! The staff were all kind

I thought the room was very spacious and clean! The staff was so friendly and helped with my bags. There are several convenience/grocery stores and restaurants close by, and the train station is also right around the corner. I will stay here again!

地下鉄の最寄り出口の真ん前にあり、立地は最高でした。 外観や廊下は狭い感じがしましたが、部屋に入ると、ベッドまわりの空間が広く、快適に過ごせました。

清潔でした。狭さを感じない作りでした。キャリーも広げられたし、駅にも近くて良かったです。

赤坂、赤坂見附から歩けるけど、溜池山王が最寄駅。 概して清潔感のあるホテルだけど、ここはただ寝に来る人用。 浴室はユニットバス。長い髪の毛が落ちていたのと、トイレ(特に便座回り)の清掃が不十分で気分が悪かった。

ゆっくり出来ました。スタッフの対応は、とても良いと感じました。

Accommodating staff, clean rooms. Quiet, peaceful. Stayed for a week and enjoyed it. It’s small but bigger than your average Tokyo room.

Attentive staff re requests

部屋は思ったよりも広く快適でした。必要最低限のものが揃い、スタッフの心遣い（アヒルちゃんのお出迎えなど）が気持ちよかったです。交通の便も良いのでまたリピします。

Hotel is in a good location and very close to metro station. However the room is very small and the bathroom is much too small. I had a corner room, perhaps other rooms are better.

ホテルは綺麗で必要なものは揃っているが、とにかく狭い。

立地は便利でお部屋は清潔。枕は固めで高め。 大きな道路が近いが割と静か。 今回は緊急車両の音が頻繁に聞こえて少し気になったが寝てしまえば分からないレベル。神経質な人はダメかも。 毎回空間利用効率の良さに感嘆する作り。 （身体の大きい男性はバスルームが狭く感じると思う） コスパがいいので女性の友人知人にお勧めしている。
