What a fantastic little find! Just wow! Self containted little apartment that has both Western + Japenese style rooms to fit your choosing. The aprtment itself is beautifully built - Japanese style. The view - has Mt Fuji peering into the living room! What a pleasant way to wake up and have your coffee +/- Breakfast. Would defintely use this place again if I were coming back!

我們一家六位成人，樓下客房睡4個人會稍顯緊密。 客廳窗景即可看見富士山，二樓窗景可遙見冬季花火大會，雖說距離車站及便利商店皆需要步行5～10分鐘以上，但一早醒來能看到富士山就超值了！ 若為自駕遊，房前有停車位，會較為便利。

地理位置極佳，陽台看得到富士山，只是有些小缺點～本以為有洗衣機方便洗衣，結果洗衣機十分髒，還有毛絮；棉被不蓬鬆，感覺是是一塊一塊的；浴室毛巾上有頭髮⋯⋯就不再多說了，如果能改善還是值得回訪

Easy walk to Kawaguchiko station. View of Mt Fuji from living room window. Internet did not work when we stayed there in Nov 2025. Washer/dryer did not dry clothes very well, had errors messages.

地點離高速道路很近 整個住宿都非常滿意 對於租車的也很方便！ 有廚房跟餐廳能自己料理早晚餐 起床就能看到富士山🗻 很幸運在離開的那天還下雪❄️ 非常好的體驗！

The Group operates numbers of hotel and restaurants in Japan. However all emails are long and in Japanese, which really only Japanese can understand. Also I found a strange of hair on futon.

Everything is well enough just the service mind of the people who managed the message with guests is so functional… Surprisingly Japanese service is good but not here.

We had a great time at the property, we only wish we could stay longer! Great location near the station and surrounding attractions. Beds were comfy, and everything was as described. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

This premise is very good but the responsible person gave the wrong PIN to us so that we were unable to open the door until we contacted the responsible person proactively.

近隣でお祭りがある時期に宿泊したので、施設までのルートが分かりにくかったのですが、電話での問い合わせに丁寧に対応いただきました。 施設は綺麗。

Nice two story home to rent. Parking right out front. Several grocery stores and places to eat nearby. Kitchen was good to cook in. Very close to the lake area and you can absolutely see Mt. Fuji from the upstairs living room! Only one email was in English and the other emails were not easy to translate. We would stay again. Kids loved the Netflix.

とても綺麗な部屋で、暖房器具や加湿器もあって快適に過ごせました。また、目の前が富士山で最高のロケーションでした。また、是非利用したいと思ってます！

全体的にキレイなテラスハウスでした。 ただ加湿器の中が汚かったり、和室にゴミが落ちていたのだけ残念でしたが… 子ども小さいうちはホテル、旅館より手軽で泊まりやすく、子ども達も喜んでいたので良かったです。 近くの日帰り温泉も良かったので概ね満足です！
