It was great walking distance to the train a very quiet neighborhood.

We like it a lot and close to universal

Excellent room not far from chidoribashi, and only a short walk from other stations Shops and restaurants nearby. Room clean with air conditioning, hotplate and shower)toilet. Laundry room on ground floor

In the middle of a residential area so it was kinda quiet. If you want to go to places you'll have to walk allot. Free laundry

We loved this property. Its was well located for our time at Universal Studios as well as the Osaka Aquarium. Clean, comfortable and the host was excellent. I highly recommended this property, especially if your on a budget.

食べもののお店などならんでた

El lugar es espacioso y cómodo, cerca de USJ, pasan autobuses cerca y hay combini cerca. Tiene todo lo necesario para descansar adecuadamente, la atención es muy eficiente y respetuosa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

近くにセブンがあって便利だった。

少し歩きますが、千鳥橋駅と安治川口駅を使って便利に移動出来ました。 千鳥橋駅降りてすぐの所にスーパーがあり、宿近くにはコンビニもあるので、滞在費を節約して短期間生活する、という感覚で旅行する人なら満足できると思います。 共用ですが、洗濯機と乾燥機があったのも良かったです。

広くて過ごしやすい部屋でした。 家族5人だと、ダブルベッド3つになるので、気を付けて下さい。

民泊全般に言えるのかもしれませんが、鍵の管理方法に不満がありました。一度でも泊まったことのある人ならいくらでもスペアキーを作れるのでオートロックやデータを上書き出来るカードキー等だとよかったです。 シャワールームは脱衣所が無かったので、家族で泊まったとしてもこれは無いなと思いました。 3泊しましたが、宿泊前と宿泊中に何度も同じ内容のメールが来て鬱陶しかったです。他の民泊にも泊まったことがありますが、メールが多すぎて迷惑でした。 良かった点としては洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えたことが良かったです。 脱衣所が無いという事が1番のネックでした。もう泊まることはないと思います。

大阪万博へ行く為にファミリー4人で2泊しました。駅からは離れていますが、不自由なく過ごせました。価格的にも満足です。 ◾️設備 お部屋は広くなかったですが、シングル布団は4枚ギリギリ広げられました。アメニティも必要最低限は揃っています。清潔感有り、不快感ありませんでした。 一階にある共用洗濯機と乾燥機は大型で非常に便利でした。粉洗剤もあります。 お部屋の冷蔵庫も大きく、冷凍庫もしっかり冷えるので、一晩でペットボトルが凍ってありがたかったです。 ◾️周辺 住宅街なので夜は静かです。 徒歩2.3分のところにセブンイレブンあり。営業時間は朝6:00-夜0:00。 飲食店は北港通りの方は行けば何店かあります。 徒歩5分ほどのところに春日出中公園があり、その向いにタクシー会社があります。朝7:30や8時過ぎ、そこへ行くと乗れます。あまり時間が遅いと全て出払ってしまっていて乗れないかもしれません。

숙소 전반적으로 깔끔했으며, 인근이 조용하고 편안한 분위기에 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 또한, 세탁시설이 있는 점이 무척 만족스러웠으며 걸어서 2분 거리에 편의점이 있고 맛집들도 다수 위치하여 만족스러웠습니다! 한가지 아쉬운 점이 역이 걸어서 10분 이상 걸리는 점이었으나 단점을 포함해서도 여유롭고 편안한 숙소인 점에서는 최고의 선택이었습니다.

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotalu. Our apartment was clean and cozy. I stayed with my family of 3, and recommend this place. Our only issue was that it was a bit far from the metro station, but the bus stop was close, so we used a bus to get to the city center. 7/11 was just around the corner which was super convenient. Plus the washer and dryer is available for free on the first floor. Overall, great host, lovely apartment. Loved our stay

USJ、万博に行くなら悪くないと思います。 近くに一般で使える駐車場があったらもっと良いけど、住宅街だし、仕方ないかな。 食器や調理器具も準備があって、助かりました。

予約の時から施設の写真を見て楽しみに利用させていただきました。 家族で利用させていただきました。ユニバが目的なので、連泊が便利でした。
