Great time staying at bubali villas and apartments

I like this hotel because everything was closed and it was comfortable a like the pool and the people the nice ,

With a car location isn’t too bad. 5 min drive to beach. Free washer and dryer on site. Kitchenette is nice. I had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Price was good.

We stayed seven days, 2 adults 1 toddler. Pros: - Check in and check out was very simple. - The space was very new and spacious. - The property is very close to Super Foods (about a five minute walk), as well as Bubali Food Centre. Cons: - Upon arrival, the space we booked had an ant problem that never went away, and got worse in the evening. As well, the property was being fumigated on our third day (which no one knew about), and post treatment, cockroaches started coming out, both dead and alive. We had two incidents of cockroaches; property staff took care of it, but it made us incredibly anxious throughout the stay, especially the ant problem that seemed to get progressively worse despite the hotel staff getting worked to “treat” it. - our bathroom sink stopper was broken, but they fixed it immediately - There is very little communication about protocol, especially when rooms were cleaned/towels were replaced. One evening, we came home to our space with lights all on, which kinda freaked us out until we went in and realized they changed our towels. - not a huge issue but when we booked, we specified that we have a toddler, but they gave us an upper unit (no elevators, just stairs). This was annoying, but not a dealbreaker. -

Type in “Bubali Villa and apartments” for correct address/gps location. Every email and text received basically was giving us the city and zip code location. We ended up at a private residences, sounds like it happens to them all the time :( other then the issue finding the correct place, everything was prefect!

Gostei demais. Principalmente por ter uma cozinha completa. Pude cozinhar, e economizar, pois comer em restaurantes era muito caro. Por ser uma ilha, tudo é importado. O mercado é bem perto, pão quente a toda hora. A única coisa foi a cama, era menor do que estou acostumada. Mas todos muito solícitos. O que precisava prontamente éramos atendidos.

This place was a bit deceiving from the outside as it appeared a bit small and run down. The room itself, however was completely remodeled and nice and modern looking. The deluxe studio had two decent sized rooms with king beds. The bed was comfortable, but the best part was the sheets. These were the softest sheets I've every slept on. The only thing about the room that was strange was that everything was pretty much new, except the toilet seat, which was in a separate room. The room had a glass door to the pool area. The pool wasn’t very large, but lots of sitting room. It also had a community kitchen. The hotel was close to a grocery store and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. There weren’t any restaurants nearby except at the beach. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

This was exactly what i was looking for, simple, quiet and close to everything,

First time staying at an apartment type setting. The amenities inside were nice. The property is undergoing maintenance so the workers were up early and doing work around the apartments (noises at times). The balcony view was like looking at a junkyard, not pleasant at all. Although the large iguana crawling up the tree was nice. There’s no uber/lyft service in Aruba so best to rent a car or taxi everywhere too far to walk. Juliet was very accommodating to any and all needs and the staff was also pleasant. I’m sure over time it will be a nice place to stay once all the renovations are done.

Really good stay at the apartments! My only complaint was a very drippy tap in my kitchen was distracting and need to be fixed!

Not what I booked originally and after the first place I booked was full the owner referred me to this one. It was nice and the ma ager worked with me to get me booked in a nice room and was willing to work with me at a very late hour, to get a comfortable room and an enjoyable stay

It was just what we where looking for.

The property is nice, checkin was easy just grabbed an envelope out the black box. Communicated through what’s app messaging they were very helpful with any request.

Everything that I needed was provided.
