Just a place to sleep. Nothing special.

So the property is beautiful and is in a great area. The only thing that was not good was the sleeping. The beds are super stiff and we tossed and turned all night. The hotel is beautiful but, they need to invest in some better mattresses. For that I gave 3 stars.

It was amazing

Didnt like paying for parking, also requested for a late checkout and was denied, which is understandable due to the holiday.

It was so welcoming staff was amazing everything needed was close in distance amd absolutely no issues with the room or amenities

It was a nice quiet place. Friendly staff, good free breakfast. The one thing I didn't like was you have to pay for parking. First time I have been charged for parking at a TRU by Hilton hotel.

The hotel location is perfectly convenient for shopping & dining. The staff were great and very responsive. However, bed sheets were not clean and hair was found among them, and the pillows were VERY uncomfortable. They need to change their pillow supplier. Additionally, their toilet paper & tissues were incredibly cheap. This hotel is run by the Hilton, they can do a lot better.

The stay was great we were there only one night..we went to a concert nearby..room was clean I guess they were short staffed because room wasn't quite ready but cleaning person finished quickly to get us in..

Right on the highway but no noise issues. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Close to many eating options and shopping. I will stay there again.

Quiet, noce and clean

Really nice fresh and clean hotel. Loads of restaurants etc short drive . Rooms a great , nice pool. . Lobby is spacious and the shop as everything thing you would need.

The place is falling apart - rooms wallpaper walls etc. The staff is the absolute rudest I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel was very nice though. I did have an accident with the lounge chair. I was moving it, and it was very heavy and it and it took my hand and pulled off my thumb nail. The front desk was very friendly and helped us find an urgent care.

The room had a translucent pull down shade that did not make the room dark to sleep at all. Our room overlooked the highway and parking lot therefore we had large lights shining in. Please invest in some blackout shades or at least have drapes that covers the windows. Do not recommend if you like to sleep in the dark vs under spotlight.

Hotel is nice with a great workout facility. The only thing that really bothered me was you have to pay for parking which is pretty crazy given the location and the amount of parking that is available. It is nominal but irritating.
