Fantastic stay! Staff pleasant and curtious always with a smile on their face, genuine and helpful. Food options are great, good quality. Clean, spacious and just stunning resort. Reviews and photos dont do it justice. Highly recommend to families, couples, seniors! The resort is dreamy with awesome night shows and a great beach!

Wonderful resort. Swim out king room was amazing. Property is beautiful and was not too crowded. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe with security on the beach. Will return.

Dreams Macao was a great place to take a family. Very family oriented and accommodating.

Nice property, lots to do for the kids, the beach has surfing which is fun for everyone. Great service from Johanny our butler and the cleaning staff were tremendous. The service at restaurants was slow and inaccurate most meals. Overall this was a good family vacation spot.

We had a great stay! The food was excellent for an all inclusive. The staff and property were also great. Something to be aware of is the ocean at this property is really rough so if you are looking to do snorkeling etc probably not the property for you. We did the Club level rooms which I would highly recommend, the pool for club only was much less crowded and you could always find a seat. The Club lounge was also a nice perk and the butler was a nice touch.

The property was amazing, the food was amazing and the service especially with our butler Alejandro made the experience even more amazing.

The staff were extremely kid friendly, that made it a great time. Wish there was a hot tub or heated pools, water was a bit chilly for the baby. Otherwise the resort was amazing, quick access to the beach which had its own security which was a nice feature.

Unfortunately my parents' celebration for their 25th year anniversary ended terribly at this resort. They need to have a health inspection on what they are serving to their guests because my mom was diagnosed with SALMONELLA! This was supposed to be a magical trip... also my parents renewed their vows but the staff got the time mixed up so a pastor was not technically present. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to book this resort.

Love the property. So far my favorite hotel in Punta Cana. Domingo & Edwin were excellent! Wil come back soon!

Un lugar soñado para nuestras vacaciones! Es un hotel del tamaño justo para ir con niños, y a la vez disfrutar de diversas piscinas, restaurantes y espacios. Mi hija disfrutó muchísimo de las actividades del Explorer's Club, desde la mañana hasta la noche, haciendo todo tipo de propuestas y haciéndose amigos nuevos. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, silenciosas y tienen todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. El personal de las distintas áreas como restaurantes y piscinas son sumamente atentos, al punto que ellos se darán cuenta antes que tú si tú vaso está por terminarse. La propuesta gastronómica es variada, abundante y muy fresca. En fin....gracias Dreams Macao Beach por la hermosa experiencia. Volveremos!!

The staff was great and the food was very good! I did not like that the beach was closed at night.
