Freundliche, hilsbereite Rezeption. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie 2 Zimmer durch eine Türe getrennt, welche zuerst verschlossen war. Rezeptionistin hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Un gran hotel . Este viaje fue de 8 dias de estancia. Fue muy agradable me brindaron un acenso de catwgoria a la suite sin costo extra. Tienen un desayuno muy bariado pero sibre todo delicioso. Todos los dias la srita que atiende el bufet. Es muy cordial y nos hacia sentir en casa con una atencion muy personalizada ahin teniendo muchos comensales . Felicidades por tener un gran Equipo.

It’s not a 4 star hotel any more as it’s old and not much updated so it feels like from the 90s . However a very good location for restaurants and shopping and nice staff so it’s ok.

Bon accueil, petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Peu de place de parking, sinon dans la rue. Nous avons eu un problème de plomberie dans la salle de bains de la chambre et on a changé de chambre plus spacieuse (La suite). le personnel est très sympathique.

Hotel bom, quarto amplo, banheiro e chuveiro ótimos, cama uito boa. Localização excelente, você faz tudo a pé, desde passeios até ir para a estação de trem e de ônibus. Recomendo!

Firstly, I question the 4-stars that hang outside this Varese Hotel. In life it is often better to undersell one’s greatness and on this occasion the fact that it does not deserve its stars plagued us. Now if it had subtracted one of this merits we would have been happier with our stay. Let’s cherish our rating system. Everything about this hotel is just OK. Worth the price I suppose. It just doesn’t seem to want to be anything special. There is no kettle or coffee station in the room and the fridge looked sad and somewhat mouldy. Location is good. Right on the edge of the lovely old town. The service is adequate. I want more than adequate or someone that would hope to be more than adequate. On a more positive note, the breakfast spread is really good!! All in all, good value for $$ but not for the heart.

The hotel is old and noisy. There is a nightclub next to it, with loud music until late. Limited parking facility.

Gostamos muito da hospedagem, o café da manhã é muito bom, muitas opções. Preparam seu capuccino, café com leite ou café na hora. Super indico.
