Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und schön. Wir hatten eine komplett ausgestatte Küche im Zimmer. Die Lüftung war leider sehr laut (schlafen war nicht möglich), sodass wir nach einer Reparatur fragten - Antwort des Hotels: es wäre wohl normal und in jedem Zimmer so. Daher haben sie uns auch keine andere Möglichkeit angeboten, hinsichtlich Zimmerwechsel etc. Im Endeffekt haben wir jeden Abend den Strom abschalten müssen, dementsprechend ging auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Reinigung findet aller 2 Tage statt. Die erste Reinigung war in Ordnung. Der Spüler wurde wegen einem Glas angeschalten, das hätte nicht sein müssen. Bei der 2. Reinigung wurde in der Küche leider der Biomüll/ Müll nicht entfernt und auch die Waschlappen und die kleinen Handtücher wurden nicht aufgefüllt, sodass wir Duschhandtücher nutzen mussten. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber und gemütlich.

Staff at the front desk were not as friendly as in past years. Everyone in our group complained of the type of heating and cooling they have as the fan turns on and off a lot throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff extremely friendly and always treated us with a smile and a hello. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly

I like the spacious room and was extremely impressed at how clean it was and everything including the kitchen (it was as if I was home!), the living room area and the size of the desk. The bathroom was impressive. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed and the blinds were a nice touch. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t too far from anything that I needed as well as the highway. What I didn’t like: the fact that they didn’t want to give me water when I asked for it on my last night (meanwhile I noticed a mountain of cases of water behind them), the noticeable plate with the dried food and used cutlery that was on top of the garbage can in the ice machine room from my arrival on Thursday until the minute I checked out on Saturday morning, being told when I checked in that I would not have access to housekeeping services during my whole stay - I was instructed to let anyone know if I needed towels.

Extremely nice staff, housekeeping, and conditions of the hotel. 10/10!

Had a wonderful stay at ibostar waves .The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and great amenities. Definitely coming back for another vacation!

I really loved our stay here. Spacious and clean room, good breakfast selection, free and safe parking and excellent service. I'd definitely stay here again
