We were not informed of the self-check in process nor the check in instructions. Hotel replied they simply “forgot” to email us …. Not recommend travelers with big luggage as there were not elevator and you have to climb countless stairs. Rooms were outdated. Sheets/blanket/towels were dirty.

Bilik keluarga yang terbaik dan paling manis yang pernah saya alami. Sangat dekat dengan pasar Pu Dam.
