They had no rooms when we called to check in and they put us in different hotels. They were not aware we were coming . This happened the first two days and I need a refund for those two days!

Eine gute preiswerte Zwischenunterkunft. Ich habe sie schon öfter genutzt und werde sie auch weiterhin für kurze Aufenthalte nutzen.

Once inside the hotel all is fine. Getting to the hotel may turn some off. It is down dirt side road. The hotel itself is fine inside. My room was very nice and very clean

The property was clean and up to date. The amenities were great and the cleaning staff and bell hops were awesome, however the receptionists and restaurant wait staff were very lazy and unfocused on doing a good job. They are typical of what I see in Dar es Salaam and other Tanzanian hotels in general. They just stand around, talk to their co-workers, and wait to collect their salary. Their motto is "Hapa sio kazi tu!" Work is of no importance to them. It's frustrating as a guest to see this and get bad service in addition.

Har bott där i omgångar det passar oss med vidare resor och ha det som mellanlandningar. Har alltid varit nöjd men nu var det sämre service med att de inte hittade våra betalningar som vi gjort från er, höjde priset på varor i resturangen när det märkte att vi handlade mer tex vin. så vi gick ut och handla vatten ,vin juice mm . har varit återkommande gäst men vi vet inte om vi bokar där nästa gång i Tanzania

Mediocre experience. Wifi is only on the first 2 levels of the entire hotel. Management is thirsty for tips and more money for better service. Airport shuttle is a joke or nonexistent.

This is a very nice hotel in terms of amenities for the price. Nicest hotel I've stayed in Tanzania at this price point. Bed was comfy, they had AC, TV but not really any English channels, extra touch with complimentary toothbrush and paste. Two large complaints. The neighborhood is LOUD at night with live and recorded music playing at insanely high levels...the windows don't block any noise. And the wifi is so weak that all my devices repeatedly gave up on trying to load. The menu for the restaurant is full of the funniest misspellings I've seen in my travels! And the food is pretty good too
