Extremadamente sucio

Solo me hospedé 1 noche porque al siguiente día viajé muy temprano. Es un lugar limpio, cómodo, su cena fue buena y el personal muy amable

We’re disappointed that the hotel did not provide airport transportation after 2 PM, despite it being listed as an available service. This was not mentioned in the reservation, and even after we contacted the hotel the night before to arrange it, no one informed us of the limitation. It wasn’t until check-in that we were told the van was in the shop. It would have been helpful to receive that information when we initially reached out, as we were trying to make arrangements in advance. As a result, we had to pay for a cab unexpectedly. Had we been advised earlier, we could have planned differently. We specifically chose this hotel because transportation was advertised, so the lack of communication significantly affected the value of our stay. We're also disappointed that we weren’t reimbursed or even offered a credit for the out-of-pocket expense.

At this time was construction on the site and was hard to get in and out of the parking lot and for that you need it to drive a few miles to do a u turn if you want to go to The main city this was not a good experience at this location took me 1 hours to get to the airport

No sign to get into hotel from freeway. We wasted over an hour trying to get in.

El cuarto sucio, tenia un cabello largo en la almohada

La limpieza de la regadera podria ser mejor. Las esquinas y los spacios entre los azulejos. Y el agua se estancia en la regadera. Las camas muy comodas y limpias. La atención en recepcion bien. Las señoritas parecian aburridas y cansadas pero profesionales. Una sonrisa y energia positiva have mucho la diferencia al llegar a un destino. Despues de todo el front desk es la primera impresion.

Great place to stay at for short visit

Muy buena opción para una noche de espera para viajar.

Es una buena opción para cuando se requiere estar cerca del aeropuerto.
