Location was fine and staff was nice. Unfortunately there was no laundry facilities for guests. We asked multiple times and never got a straight answer from staff about laundry availability. Then we’re finnaly told they would do it for 2.5 euros per piece. Would’ve cost hundreds of euros to do a load of laundry. Secondly, the air conditioning was not turned on for the most of the stay. It was about 80 degrees F (26C) on average. They said it wasn’t summertime yet so the AC wasn’t turned on. That’s great, accept it makes it hard to get good rest when the room is very hot. The AC did come on for our last night there. They must’ve decided it was now summertime. Overall an OK hotel but if I were to go again id look for somewhere else for the reasons mentioned above

Excellent location and a front desk staff was great getting us a lot of information regarding places to visit!! Excellent buffet breakfast and hotel in general

Don’t stay here! It’s NOT like the Dreams Resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean Not as described Not on the beach No beach set up - lounge chairs or food or beverage service Staff Not Accommodating !!! Actually Rude! We booked the best suite available in the Preferred Category…Not worth it DO NOT do the All inclusive because you WONT want to eat there Our room service was never delivered Our bed was not set up as twins as we had requested even after we requested them remake it - it was never done I wanted an information booklet in our suite about amenities/ room service / gym classes etc - was told they didn’t have on They said they have 4 restaurants on site - No it’s one serve yourself room with 4 types of food you can order on your phone via an app. This was a terrible shock we only ate at dreams for one meal! The preferred lounge mini bar was locked until 12 noon everyday - that meant NO Diet Coke to start my morning! Never stay here!!!!!!

Modernt och snygga detaljer, men städningen var under all kritik. Speciellt på rummet, som inte dammtorkades under en hel vecka. Städerskorna gjorde kanske sitt bästa, men tråkigt att komma kl 16 på eftermiddagen och rummet inte är städat. Trevlig personal i receptionen och i restaurangerna.

No good in general…

Sehr schönes Hotel. Umgebung etwas Laut, weil Tag und Nacht die Busse halten mit laufendem Motor auch schon mal bis zu 45 Minuten ( bis alle Touristen eingestiegen sind). Sonst war alles prima

Mycket fräscht hotel. Fint rum, mycket skön säng. Bra ljudisolering förutom mot korridor. Negativt med placering av blandare i dusch, samt läckage av vatten från dusch.

The hotel is clean and in a great location for getting into Palma/the airport. Room was big and overlooking the pool. Lots of choice for food, however, the setup of the street food dining area downstairs needs more staff/explanation of how it works. Also, one day we waited 1hour for lunch at the Oceana restaurant and staff were openly stressed and unhappy. Entertainment staff were lovely, others need to be a bit more aware of customer service. All in all a good stay and would come back! 😊

Very nice hotel and surrounding areas

Hotel propre mais pas les chambres , le "ménage" de la chambre est fait en 3 minutes ! cela se résume à remettre la couette et les oreillers et changer les serviettes .pas de peignoir ni chaussons comme annoncé Pas de nettoyage des sols.... Restaurant principal très bruyant et de mauvaise qualité, le vin n'est pas bon non plus.. Le personnel est sympatique. C'est plutôt un 3 *. Ouf, nous ne sommes restés que 4 nuits !

Wonderful resort. Room was a bit small but very clean and modern! Great pools but it is a 5-10 min walk to the beach as the hotel does not have beach access. We loved the entertainment but the hotel restaurants we tried (Market Café andLa Trattoria) were just ok. Would stay again and would recommend!

Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gesaugt In der Dusche sehr viel Schimmel Duschköpfe im sehr schlechten Zustand Handtücher wurden oft vergessen zu wechseln

Great stay and nice facilities. Great breakfast as well

All good, apart from some of hotel staff struggling to communicate in English. Also no do not disturb sign in the room and minibar was empty. There was toothpaste stain in the bathroom and only a small bin in the bathroom. However the stay was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel, free breakfasts, 100m from the beach. Will definitely return

This was an awesome plce for a week. Anna was outstanding at the front desk. 5 stars! The room could have been cleaned better. Especially the floors. Overall we would be back
