It was great,excellent staff and pool was enjoyable

The entertainment was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and not very crowded because they were many options. Great for kids !

The property and amenities were great. I just wished there was more space to enjoy the beach and better thread count on the bed linen. Otherwise, our group of 12 really enjoyed our first experience at the Ocean. Oh can’t forget, they upgraded 3 rooms with only adults to adult side and upgraded 2 rooms that had 1 person that was 16 to a swim ups. What a way to accommodate. We will be back!

Love the property! Had a great time. But the lazy river was not open, which was a big disappointment. Overall the food was great. We had the best time at the Japanese restaurant that had to be reserved. The chef was sooooo entertaining and the food was absolutely amazing!!! The food at the market buffet was great too, love the made to order omelettes. Really liked the coffee shop too. The nightly entertainment was absolutely The Best!!! We’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts and Ocean Coral was top notch, hands down our favorites of all time. Every night was fantastic and very entertaining!!! The Michael Jackson show is a “must see”! I also have to say that Latoya at the check-in counter is amazing too!!! She was helpful, courteous, and professional. I don’t know if she’s in management, but she should be!!! We’ll definitely be back again some day!

Nice family Resort. We enjoyed our stay. However the food choice was poor and as a native Jamaican, I didn’t get the taste and flavor of our authentic home Jamaican food. Nice property, great staff

the staff was veryt friendly, i do thik the repairs done to the rooms could be a little more professional but overall a great stay.

We had my 1 year old and 3 years old granddaughters with us and this was their first time out of country. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We had to get the bed changed in the middle of the night and when the housekeeper came to the room she was so nice, helpful and kind which made an our awkward situation not so awkward.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Coral Spring! We traveled with a large group, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. They were incredibly accommodating with our lunch and dinner reservations, making it easy for our whole group to enjoy meals together. A special thank you to Danasha, who organized and beautifully decorated a celebration dinner at Sugar Cane—it made the evening so memorable. Zweli was hands down the best butler; somehow he always managed to find us wherever we were around the resort and made sure we had everything we needed. And a huge shoutout to AnnaKay, who greeted us every morning with a smile and completely won over our toddler daughter. She truly made our mornings extra special. The resort itself is clean, beautiful, and packed with great amenities. We loved the theater and really enjoyed the magic show. The late-night ice cream shop was a fun treat, and the lazy river was definitely the kids’ favorite part of the trip. The beach was gorgeous, the drinks were consistently excellent, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was also outstanding. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Coral Spring for helping make this such a fun and memorable family vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Very family friendly and clean rooms.

The stay was great. However, in the first room assigned to my family and me, the AC did not work. But the staff moved us to another room. The food and service at each restaurant were great. I would visit this site again.

The room was clean. Beautiful resort with friendly staff. We had a leak in our room and it was fixed very timely.

Pros: The food was great. Property was clean and well maintained. Con: check in process was bad. Took my 90 years old grandma for Mother’s Day weekend and ended up sitting in the lobby for hours.

Limited due to character limit. However, here is an *honest* review. Customer Service - Below Average - We felt like an afterthought and I had to tell them it was my wife’s birthday 4-5 times before they finally acknowledged it. Security - Poor - A guest got into our room because maintenance came into our room while we were gone (reason unknown) and forgot to close the door fully. Housekeeping also let the guest back in without verifying their room number because they had forgotten something in our room. Food - Average - Disappointed overall because we love Jamaican food, but everything tasted unseasoned. The privilege lounge had the best food by far. Resort - Great - Well maintained, fun activities. Recommend beach shoes for kids because it is really rocky.
