Prenotazione e pagamento online anticipato. All'arrivo, dopo 12 ore di aereo, alle 20.30, nessuno sa nulla e mi viene chiesto di mostrare la ricevuta. Al volo ci viene data una camera al piano terra: senza zanzariere ma con il clima. Alla fine passiamo la notte riuscendo a dormire. Sembra un albergo ad ore solo per uno scopo.

The cleanliness did not meet the standards. The state of the toilet was very terrible. I never experienced that before with hotel .com late nights I couldn’t use the toilet because of a defective lamp bulb. I politely approached a member of staff who replied that it was too late to replace it. I was chocked. I then had to use my own torch in the toilet. The state of the toilet was disgusting.

Really appreciated the staff and it's clean.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Internet is only available in the rooms next to reception. If staying for more than one day, they clean only the day you enter and the day you leave. Speak only French.

Ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse. Pensez à demander si besoin pour tout service supplémentaire ou prestations complémentaires.

The hotel is located quite centrally, on a safe, albeit a bit noisy street. The restaurant upstairs is comfortable. The staff were friendly but weren’t able to help us out with our issues. The light in our bathroom didn’t work at all and when we pointed this out to them they offered us a different room which we declined because it didn’t have windows. They said they would try to fix it but they never did so we ended up using our phones flashlights. They also said they couldn’t give us any reduction on the price because of this. Lastly, I accidentally paid them by cash when we arrived before realizing I had also paid via Expedia. When I told them and showed them the Expedia receipts they called the owner and she denied having received any payment through Expedia so she wouldn’t return our money. Hopefully we’ll be able to sort this out with Expedia because the place definitely wasn’t worth paying double for.

Beaucoup de choses à revoir, la clim fonctionne mais pas de telecommande pour reguler la température. La douche pas genial. Le matelas du lit un peu dur mais ça passe. En revanche le personnel etait très gentil et près à aider à chaque instant.

Good quality for the money. Wifi didn't work (cancelled because of less clients because of covid). No warm water in the shower. Besides that, a great cheap hotel in a modest income neighborhood with easy access to expat places in the Plateau and Zone 4. Very helpful and friendly staff and well secured. Would stay there again if I came back again on tight budget.

予約した部屋が、クレジットカードで料金が引き落とされているにも関わらず、確保されていない。また、現地で予約した部屋の代わりの泊った部屋の料金はすでに現金払いしているのに、まだ、予約の時にクレジット払いした料金が戻ってきてない。また、これに対して、ホテルからもエクスペディアからも何も説明がなく困っている。

Kompaktowy hotel z restauracja, serwująca wyśmienitą zupę rybną. Duze i czyste pokoje z łazienką, wyposażone są tv, klimatyzację i lodówkę. Uroku dodaje labirynt korytarzy. Największą wartością obiektu jest personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny.
