Terrible parking garage that’s included. Pay attention to the signs at the parking garage. They have operation hours and actually close the garage for X amount of time in the late evening hours. However the hotel does not note that and we went out to the garage at 4:30am to catch our flight and it was closed. The hotel staff did not help in any way and seemed like they could care less. If it wasn’t for a local person needing to get into the garage, we would have had to rebook our flight because we had no access to getting our car out of the garage. The local called a number and someone had to come open the garage with a cash fee of 40 euro. Being an American, we didn’t have the cash and had to run around looking for an atm.

Brilliant little hotel in the centre of Dublin. Very reasonable price and walking distance to grafton street. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Quiet at night slept really well

I had a pleasant stay despite a few minor inconveniences. During my stay, I experienced excessive noise from maintenance work conducted above my room and a temporary absence of hot water during the night. However, I appreciate the reception staff’s prompt assistance in relocating me to a quieter floor. While I was disappointed that I was not informed of the planned maintenance work before my check-in, I commend the staff’s professionalism in addressing my concerns. Overall, the housekeeping staff was exceptional, ensuring that my room was maintained to a high standard. I would highly recommend this establishment and would welcome the opportunity to return in the future.

Very nice clean cosy room. Great, friendly staff. Perfect location for us to explore Dublin and to see a performance at the academy. Great breakfast!

This hotel is wonderful. I love the creative use of space, the eco-friendliness, and the location. My only complaint would be that there should be more USB charging ports in the room. I had a hard time charging all my devices because there was only 2. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dublin!

Location of the hotel was amazing. So close to everything and walking distance to most sights. Hotel was clean and had a relaxed and contemporary vibe. Access to unlimited filtered water. Rooms were small but not unexpected - they were as described on the website (more hangers and hooks please). Staff all very welcoming, accommodating and friendly and would definitely recommend it and stay here again

Great staff at reception. Fast, polite and efficient. The room is compact but very done and with the best technology. Especially good if traveling solo.

Excellent location in city centre, rooms small.but cosy, good breakfast, have stayed before & will stay again.

Lovely hotel in great location right in the centre of Dublin. However, we were on the 3rd floor and got very little sleep due to a night club below which we were unaware of before booking. In view of this we probably would choose to stay elsewhere in future.

Third time staying here and it’s just fantastic! From the interiors to the staff, everything is amazing. It’s in the perfect central location to explore Dublin, yet quiet and safe despite being near Temple Bar. Can’t wait to come back again!

A very good find. Hotel is beautiful, very well designed and fit out. The rooms are perfect for a nights stay or longer. They are fitted with all different types of high tech mods within them, very smart design

Nice hotel nice staff but rooms too small had to be moved to another room very clostraphobic,after about an hour then when i wasndue to leave next morning we were an hour late checking out,they wanted to charge me 10 euro extra even though i had to change rooms late at night with my girlfriend who wasnt feeling well,i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

My husband and I stayed for a night away. The hotel so centrally located we couldn’t believe it and so reasonably priced. The staff were all so helpful and professional. The rooms were perfect for a short stay, very clean and modern. I will definitely stay again and recommend to stay here if they are planning a night away in Dublin.
