The shuttle driver was the BEST!!!

The property was great! Staff was friendly. A great area downtown. It was a little noisy on the weekend but it didn’t bother us.

This property charged for EVERYTHING better properties don’t. Parking, water, breakfast…if it were nicer as far as decor and amenities, Perry, but this property is only, ok. I’ll use the Hyatt again next time. Thank you!

We stayed here due to the location of the Intrust Bank Arena. We received the room with no windows, which wasn't a big deal to us. The room was set to a cool temp, which we enjoyed, but realized it was to mask the humidity. The sheets felt damp even though they weren't physically wet. The ventilation in these rooms are not great. Our tv did not work. Said there was a connection issue. We didn't bother to figure it out. The entrance to the hotel and parking was tricky, but the staff was great about directing us on what to do after we arrived. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room, but for the cost, these are not easily looked over concerns.

Good place it was clean

The property is beautiful. The staff was nice. It's a little hard to get to the pool but the pool area is nice little retreat area. Only "flaw" was the limited hotel parking. The city parking garage is attached to the hotel.

Great location by INTRUST arena. Nice pool with part of it having a glass bottom overlooking the street.

Trash was piled up in the hallway trash cans, bed had huge bump on one side and then sunk way down on the other. Parking is difficult.

The shower in our tub enclosure was not working. I had to tell the front desk about this 3 different times on 3 days. Finally on the third time of mentioning it the maintenance man physically came to my room with me and fixed the faulty shower. It literally took him less than 5 minutes to fix. The front desk had record that I had requested service on the different locations and still nothing was done until I asked for the maintenance man to physically go with me. By that time it was our last night staying so it was too little too late.

The hotel felt clean and new. When we went to our room at first glance it seemed very nice. The room was very warm and it took all day to cool down. The hallways were very humid and hot. It seemed like the humidity had been a problem for a while because we noticed black mold on the ceiling around the AC vent. In the shower the caulking was pulling away from the walls and mold was growing in the cracks. There also seemed to be water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. We let the front desk know of our concerns and they apologized and left a note. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but it was difficult to relax in the heat and humidity inside.
