This hotel should not be listed because it's undergoing repairs and the room I requested was not available. The view from the balcony is disgusting and very dirty.

The staff was awesome. From the doorman to security to the receptionist. The suite was clean and upscale with a great view as well. Will definitely come back. It was a pleasant surprise.

Quiet hotel in a very quiet part of Douala. Spacious rooms with lack of view.

This was my first time to Douala. This hotel is ok but absolutely not excellent as previous ratings are stating!

Ullin, the owner, and his fabulous staff look after you from the time you arrive until you leave. The food is fabulous - largest shrimp I have ever seen - four chefs are superb. Security is excellent. Clean, with smiles always all around and great tunes upstairs in the cabaret. French and English - no problem. Close to airport. Great service all around. Highly recommend staying here.
