Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns.

Trip was great, so was the stay. What could have been better is ensuring rooms the construction is fenced off and not appearing at the rooms, and clearing off rubbish at the pathway on your way to the rooms ie where the rump is, on the left was full of broken items, bags of charcoal, old beer bottles, etc. Not a good sight for a customer yet its along the way to the rooms
