I got robbed during breakfast, I was taking some food and someone stole my backpack with my iPhone and my ID, the manager didn’t want to help us seen the cameras and gets angry when we were asking for help, she says that wasn’t his responsibility, honestly this hotel isn’t secure for tourists, be careful with your stuff if you are staying at this hotel.

TV did not work ever and staff were indifferent. They said check wiring. Not informative about airport shuttle ….just pointed from afar.

Es un hotel cómodo por la cercanía al aeropuerto, pero con habitaciones muy viejas y renovaciones en åreas comunes, y con un staff rebasado por la demanda.

Gostei muito da hospedagem, o quarto estava limpo. A equipe foi toda simpática. Senti falta de um frigobar.

Localização excelente do aeroporto com facilidade pra transporte público. Café da manhã razoável mas com reposição ruim. Quarto confortável.

普通のビジネスホテル 空港までシャトルバスもあるので便利 オルリー空港を使うのであれば選択肢の一つに入れて良いと思う

Wonderful staff, great breakfast, good location to airport & tram

Not bad. The bathroom smelled a little moldy and the room was outdated. It’s also a decent trek from terminal.

I complained about the shower ( bad water pressure) the staff ( front desk) didn’t take my complain seriously!?

The clerk of the front desk failed to find my reservation. It took more than 20 minutes for him to find it. The elevator of the hotel got me lost and stuck ed in the elevator; and ended me up in “employee’s area” … so confusing …

Prima accommodatie met een simpele maar voedzaam ontbijt. Perfect locatie bij Orly vliegveld. Nadeel is dat er geen parkeerplaats bij het hotel is en dit los betaald met worden 21 euro per dag. Dit is wel echt een slechte zaak dat zelfs de klanten niet iets van korting krijgen.

L'hôtel est tout proche de l'aéroport d'Orly et propose un service de navette gratuite. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie excellente. Le buffet petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix et ouvre dès 5h. Sur place il n'y a pas de restauration à proprement parler mais à 5 minutes à pieds l'hôtel Mercure a un restaurant.

El servicio recibido por el precio pagado estan bien para ser Paris.
