Завтрак хороший, номер достаточно неухоженный, постельное белье старое, все в закатышках, по номеру ползали жуки. Лифт не рабо ал.

Lovely boutique hotel. Clean rooms, kind staff, good breakfast, and a great location. Would highly recommend.

The hotel itself was clean and is located about 20 minutes (walking) from the centre. When we arrived, we had been allocated a double room instead of the twin room booked. It took a while to resolve this and due to this, the restaurant had shut by the time it was sorted out. The staff were unable to be flexible, even though they had caused the delay. Whilst there is a pool at the hotel, it was fully booked and we were unable to use it during our stay, even though the hotel did not seem to have a high number of guests. We were offered a 9.30pm slot on our last night, but told we would have to pay for 3 hours of use which clearly was unacceptable. The breakfast was adequate but not as good as expected. No fruit or decent yoghurt was available and staff seemed keen to move diners on as quickly as possible, snatching plates as soon as we'd finished eating. To be fair, some of the staff were friendly and helpful - bringing towels and helping us with taxi booking. However, as I had booked this hotel for the pool/spa facilities and it being advertised as 4 star, I was left feeling disappointed overall.

We got this property for the spa but did not get to use it. They did not had hot water for a day or tho due to city contraction near by. But everything else was good, family room was simple and nice.

The property was very neat and well kept. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was bigger than I originally thought, and the seperate bathtub was massive! If you're a bigger man like me (6' 290lbs) and like to have a relaxing bath, that you can actually fit in, this is the place!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chisinau.

Colazione ottima, un po' sbilanciata verso il salato. Spa carina, non economico l'accesso ma riservato solo a chi prenota e nessun altro. Camere ok.

Clean room

I really enjoyed my four-night stay at the Bernardazzi Hotel and Spa in Chișinău. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel offered great value for money. I used the spa facilities several times and also booked a massage, which was excellent and very relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Kahvaltı çeşitliliği biraz zayıftı ama memnun kaldık.

Esperienza pessima. Millantano quattro stelle ma le stanze hanno arredi vecchi e sdruciti, colazione imbarazzante (basti dire che le brioches erano confezinate). Il secondo giorno sono rimasta chiusa in ascensore. Siccome mi sono lamentata perché nella mia stanza non si potevano aprire le finestre mi hanno spostata in un'altra, dove non c'era l'acqua calda nella doccia. L'ultima sera tornando ho trovato la stanza rifatta solo in parte. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
