Had a nice villa to stay in for a few days. Having kitchen and laundry in the villa provides ease and convenience for the stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Yachtsman grill was closed for work, so we could not utilize the dining there on site, but plenty of options within a short drive.

It felt like home with the oven, stove, microwave, and family room. The property is quiet off season - the beach is peaceful as well.

I loved everything about this place: it was peaceful, clean, better food than at the Foir Seasons next door.

Amazing stay here! The property was phenomenal on the best beach in Nevis. The apartment condo was very nice and spacious with full kitchen, laundry etc… staff very friendly, provided quick service check in and check out. Location excellent close to everything, but car definitely recommend. Great restaurant on site. Highly recommend staying here!! Stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit. Wonderful balconey and view. Unit was clean and spacious. Not much cookware available but we did not cook while there. Was able to get prime and netflix to work but had trouble getting regular service. Enjoyed our stay.

We LOVED this place! Great location, wonderful villa accommodations! The beach is so chill! Very relaxing and quiet. We went just after high season ( mid- June) so it wasn't crowded at all.

The villa was very spacious, the area around it was nice and overall it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff wasn’t the most talkative of friendly but it wasn’t terrible. Communication was bad though, we didn’t know they could have the fridge stocked prior to our arrival and they never mentioned, we learned of this later reading guests reviews. If you want to spend a few days just chilling this is a perfect place, just make sure you ask them to stock your fridge in advance as there are no shops nearby and the bar is closed on Tuesdays.

The villa we stayed at was very nice, bog and clean. Ground floor, right across the pool and steps from the beach and the Yatchman’s Grill restaurant. The outside grounds are well taken care off. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The AC worked well. We had a table and 6 chairs right outside our villa. Had utensils, plates, pans, glasses. Nice size refrigerator, microwave and oven. Toaster, coffee maker. Nice size closets and dressers in each bedroom. Ceiling fans. We loved it. Food at the restaurant is excellent and good service. Not too many restaurants near to walk to, you need transportation. Taking taxis, gets pricey. Beautiful beach with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Port to ho and get the water taxis to go to St Kitts is about 5/10 mns. away, driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Villas.

Superb location and prob the best beach on the island.

Had a local threaten us on the beach, said we should not be on the island. And had another local nock on our room door and ask for money. Just don’t feel this place is safe

Lovely hotel, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant on site. Excellent room, but no elevators. Staff is nice as are all the people of this lovely, rural island. I would have appreciated more assistance with activities, rather than an invite to hear about how to buy a condo there. Cons: No reliable public transportation suitable for tourism. If you don’t drive (you must drive on the left) or rent a car you must take a taxi, which is very expensive. Off property, there are no sidewalks other than in town so walking and biking are pretty treacherous.

Beautiful resort - close to the beach, beautiful grounds, nice restaurant on location.

The Villa was gigantic. If you don't rent a car or want to pay for taxis you are stuck there. You needed a key to get out of your room- you are locked in( I was nervous about fire) The pool wasn't cleaned daily. The ocean was magnificent!!! Careful when Cruise ships arrive - the passengers came to the beach on excursions and could use the umbrellas and chairs.

The condos are very nice. They are clean, spacious, and with good services. There is a small spa and work out room. The beach is very nice. The restaurant has good food and a good wine list. However, the restaurant has contracted with cruise ships for day visitors. When it is a large group they take up all of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is a very inconsiderate imposition on the guests at the Hamilton. You can't really use the beach for those 2 hours!

It was a nice property, very quiet and tranquil. Checking in went easy. I got a sudden upgrade on my room. But it was a nice upgrade great view. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on the sea front that you can get a bite. Least favorite was the parking. Some persons park terrible. Missing in the room is a full body mirror to view oneself. It was very inconvenient. Other than that it was spacious and nice and had all you necessary amenities.

The one bedroom unit is spacious. The grilled menu is very good.
