The first time I came there, they put me in a room infected with roaches. They were coming from the bathroom especially at night. The next day they told me that they will disinfect the room. But after disinfection, I still found a Roache under my pillow at night. They put me in other room that was smelling like mold. In my second trip there, I opt for their deluxe studio. Even thus the studio has no roaches, the bathroom was smelling like septic fosses even thus it was clean. So that smell was permeating in my room at the point that I could not sleep very well. I have poor sleep quality all my time at that hotel. Moreover, their internet connect is not got. I was having intermittent interruption with internet quite often. Furthermore, one stuff at the reception is unprofessional. I will not recommend that hotel at all. The area is a great area, but that hotel not so.

Very good value for Abidjan. No problems with the reservation, everything in the room as advertised. Good area. No complaints whatsoever. Recommended.

The restaurant, outdoor area and vicinity

Property well located. However, service, staff and condition of the property not up to the standard I expected. For a first time I noted that asking for an iron to quickly iron a wrinkle was a problem. I have left the property after my second day. No reimbursement, nothing, not even from Expedia, despite the insurance and coverage I bought. This is quite disappointing

Excellent value, well maintained, friendly staff, quiet more residential area. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. J'ai obtenu la chambre commandée en ligne et cela m'a plaisir ainsi qu'a mon épouse. Espace bien propre et paisible pour méditer, travailler, se reposer et se ressourcer. Les échanges avec le personnel étaient fluides et respectueux. Je le recommande à toute personnes fan de lieux paisible et calme.

The residence is located in a very good neighborhood, and has a 24/7 security guard at the entrance. The property has a restaurant for guests and meals are not included with your reservation. My room had a balcony and a kitchen. WiFi, hot water and mini fridge are available for guests.

Very friendly and very affordable holet in an embassies' area of Abidjan.

It was close to everything I needed

Female staff were super nice and friendly. It’s a place you can consider staying for a few days if you are very tight on budget. However, I did not like the fact that there was no refund for me when i decided to check out one day earlier than I had originally planned.

The rooms were clean and well furnished. The bathroom had everything functioning well. Most importantly, television also included options of satellite, Netflix or YouTube.

Every time I go there, there are issues with the check in and the reservation process. The hotel accepts bookings via expedia but they are not aligned: the room I book online is never available and this costs painstaking negotiations with the staff.
