We've stayed here before and this is definitely one of the best hotels in the Carmel, IN area with so many convenient shopping and dinning around.

The hotel was beautiful.

Wow! The room was so modern and stylish! It felt very upscale. The staff was not very friendly. Not rude, either, just kept to themselves. Didn't go out of their way to say hi or ask if we needed anything. Several times we passed workers who were reading books or surfing on their phones at the front desk and didn't even look up. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of fresh, prepared fruit, some hot choices, and plenty of coffee/tea.

Clean and comfortable

Son was locked in bathroom because of faulty door lock. Call front desk and told it would be 30 minutes until we would get any help potentially maintenance. Had to remove door to get some out of bathroom never any follow up or sign of concern from front desk or management Heat did not work for three hours late at night room was cold and uncomfortable.

Great hotel. Definitely will be staying here again.

Really excellent hotel! The staff was so friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel was well priced and the location was great.

The check-in and check-out processes were super easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!!

Property was nice safe and quiet.

It was nice and in a business area so we felt safe.

Nice room. Breakfast was just ok. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. Getting to the hotel was interesting. It is on a little road next to a major road. It had been snowing so the drive was a bit rough.
