Super nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Kind staff

Dans la globalité c’est un très bon hôtel, de la poussière sur la table du petit salon ainsi que d’autres endroits, j’ai réservé l’hôtel car c’était un spa mais malheureusement j’ai été déçu car le spa était fermer le lundi et n’ouvrait qu’à 16h et lorsque j’ai chercher des photos je me suis aperçu qu’il ne propose aucun bain de relaxation ce qui n’est pas précisé dans la fiche de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et très bon. Concernant les employés il sont courtois mais manque d’explications pour certaines choses.

We had booked this hotel for two nights. we called before our arrival and said we would get there around 8.30pm and we were told it was ok. When we arrived at 8.20pm nobody was there to guid us to our room. We went to the gym which was closing and a guy said I can come and help you. He gave us the key to our room and disappeared. We had requested a roller bed for our daughter and instead we found something like a kid crib in our room. So we couldn't sleep comfortably in that room and there was nobody at the hotel to seek help from. We finally called the man who had told us would meet us at the hotel, and enquired about the roller bed situation. He was extremely rude and said if you don't like it you can leave. I said OK, we can leave tomorrow and you need to refund us the 2nd night. He was just very angry and hung up on me. We left the next morning and no matter how much we tried to get the refund they refused. So it was a horrible stay for us and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We don't recommend this hotel at all and I don't think you can call this place a hotel. It's mostly like a gym for the people in the neighborhood. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

Mooi , schoon top hotel , eigen parkeerplaats , zeer goed ontbijt , wij komen hier altijd graag terug . Op 18 min. rijden zit je hartje centrum Düsseldorf

Sehr schöne Wellness, sowie Sportbereich… Zimmer angenehm groß, gute Betten.. das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein!! war nicht das erste und auch nicht das letzte Mal dort

Ein echter wohlfühlort für alle die sich mal aus dem Alltag ausklinken wollen. Da muss ich unbedingt wieder hin.....

Sehr schöne Zimmer, großes Fitnessstudio und Sauna ist auch sehr schön und vielseitig mit einem weitläufigen Aussengelände. Ruhige Gegend nur von dem Frühstück waren wir extrem enttäuscht.

Ik verblijf erg vaak in hotels, maar het mag gezegd, dit is één van de beste ooit. Net, correct en super faciliteiten! Vlak bij de stad, maar toch heel wat groen in de nabijheid.

Tolles Hotel, sehr saubere Zimmer, toller Fitness und Wellnessbereich. Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, aber ausreichend.

Ruhiges Hotel mit Fitnesscenter und kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Haustür.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.Ich komme gerne wieder ..

Fijn klein hotel, sportschool aanwezig en een sauna fijn verblijf gehad !

Totally recommend! Intieme spa, restaurant, mooie en ruime kamer en een sintelbaan naast het hotel. Heerlijk verblijf gehad, kom zeker terug.

This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean, peaceful, friendly staff, good room, nice restaurant and a proper gym. I mean really a proper gym, not some BS fitness room. I highly recommend Essensio, in fact I asked if there were others.
