staff were great , couldnt do enough for us , plenty of room in the unit with all facilities you'd need for a lovely stay

The motel was great. Close proximity to transport and shops. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette was handy to have. Carpet in room was a little tired. Reception friendly and helpful. Had a minor issue with the heat pump and it was attended to immediately and we were also given a heater. Perhaps a small chest of drawers in the bedroom to store clothing and a broom and/or a dustpan and brush would be helpful. Enjoyed our five day stay and will return to the V Motel. It’s a great place.

Freat vslue for money, tidy clean very large rooms.asked for a room aeay from the road noise and was placed into a room at the rear. Very quiet. Great comfortable beds.

The staff were wonderful and so accommodating. The motel is spotlessly clean and equiped with all the amenities as well as extras like chocs on the bed. Serviced daily if required. Spacious and comfortable. Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Will absolutely be back.

Great stay no complaints about anything

Excellent hotel! The owners and staff are the best. I highly recommend staying at the V if you’re in Christchurch.

We used this for an overnight before flying out of Wellington for which this motel was more than suitable. Big room, modern, all the facilities we could have needed for a longer stay in the Wellington area had we had the time on our busy itinerary. Most importantly and easy, short drive to the airport.

Good sized room with very good facilities. Comfortable bed. Convenient for the airport. Carpet was well worn and a little dirty around the balcony door and there appeared to be a smell of stale smoke in room (perhaps from people smoking on the balcony and leaving the patio door open).

Great place to stay. Clean one comfortable.

Clean and spacious rooms, amazing bathroom and comfortable beds. Easy to find location and lovely receptionist. Super quiet, loved the chocolates on arrival! Great stay.

Overall, the place is good for a short stay. The location was ideal to 2 super mart and a mega shopping mall. Only aircon is slightly dusty and smell, toliet warmer not functioning well.

It was large spacious, only 2 minor issues, dinner plated did not fit in the Microwave and the lock on the bathroom self locked and we could not get in to it, we had to call the owners to bring a key and unlock it, it was fitted with a dead lock rater than a privacy lock, easily fixed.
