Everything was great thank you

Das ist das beste Hotel das wir während unserer Reise hatten. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich vor der Anreise bereits bei uns erkundigt ob wir Unterstützung benötigen und uns bereits Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

The room was clean, the hotel was clean, service was great, staff was very friendly. The rooftop has a nice clean area to chill and hangout at night.

Fue un hotel demasiado caro, para lo que ofrece en todo sentido, la habitación, la ubicación, el desayuno, nada era terrible, pero tampoco acorde al precio

The area was good close to everything

Chambre supérieure avec balcon et très grand lit, ça vaut la peine de payer plus si vous y êtes pour quelques jours.

The hotel is conveniently located for central Santa Marta, with restaurants and buzzing street life all round, which makes the area pretty loud. A quieter room turned out to have a window only onto a busy corridor, making for something of a fish-bowl effect, and still plenty of noise. That said, the roof-top terrace is very nice. Breakfast service was slow and crowded. And entry into the hotel requires being buzzed in through a grille, which is probably good for security, but gets pretty tiresome when nobody is around to do the buzzing.

Desde la llegada te recibe un personal muy atento y amable, te solucionan todo con una amabilidad inigualable, las instalaciones muy cómodas y hermosamente decoradas, bien aseadas, la zona muy tranquila, atención como de inauguración.

The place is beautiful and new, but what really stands this place from the others and the absolutely amazing service.

There wasn’t hot water in the shower bath, but the service is nice, also is the breakfast
