Un séjour tout simplement magnifique ! Nous y avons séjourné a l'occasion de l'anniversaire de femme que je voulais le plus mémorable possible. The Obeiroi son directeur et son équipe ont, à cette occasion, fait preuve d'un accompagnement digne d'un palace. Ils ont tout preparé avant notre arrivée, merci particulièrement à Rachid qui a tout planifié. Nous avons été accueillis par toute l'équipe du front desk et le directeur qui ont tous souhaité un joyeux anniversaire à ma femme. La suite : que des belles attentions et un service d'une qualité comme on les attend dans ce type d'établissement. Un surclassement nous a été proposé et les commodités sur place sont complètes (piscine privée dans notre chambre, et un libre accès aux installations et services : sauna, salle de hammam, piscine commune intérieure et extérieure, vélos disponible sur le domaine, bibliothèque, etc.). Le petit déjeuner était très riche et diversifié (des vienoiseries à la hrira accompagnée de ses chabakia, en passant par leur tappenade et leurs oeufs faits à la carte). Un séjour merveilleux qu'on n'oubliera pas de si tôt. On recommande fortement et on reviendra assurément ! (Ps: leur succulente bouteille d'huile d'olive vierge issue de leur propre plantation et extraite à froid nous a été offerte. Ce qui a été fort appréciable).

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, staff very welcoming and professional. Peaceful, glorious grounds. Great views of Atlas mountains. Excellent food, with option of evening dining in their high class Indian restaurant with chef ex Michelin starred London kitchen. Useful shuttle into Medina but was glad to return to peace and tranquility of hotel! One of best hotels i''ve found in years of international travel.

Most beautiful place in Marrakech! We visited Royal Mansour which is supposedly a higher end than Oberoi. Oberoi was by far better than Royal Mansour based on staff and the grounds. The staff was so wonderful at Oberoi. Our vacation in Marrakech was perfect due to our stay at this hotel.

This is a beautiful property just 30mins from marrakech which is an oasis of relaxation that looks like a palace set in olive gardens away from the hustle and bustles with the most attentive staff. Excellent transfers from and to airport which they contacted us ahead of time to organise without any prompting. Nothing was too much effort and they always thought of things ahead. Best service have ever experienced and the room with plunge pool was so well thought out in terms of space and luxury. The manager Mahmoud knows everything happening with your stay without you needing to tell him, the housekeeping staff talia left toothpaste when she noticed ours running out and Ayoub at breakfast was so attentive and provided recommendations. Just the right size hotel for a great stay and amenities without being too big. Kids club was adored by the children mainly as it allowed them to bond with other children. They loved being able to borrow bikes which was free of charge. Lovely breakfast, only thing would say is that it would be nice to have more variety at breakfast in terms of dishes.
