This hotel used to be a 5 star that has lost a lot in it's ratings. This should be known as a 3 star hotel.

One of my colleagues suffered from a bed bite attack. The showers on the third floor need to refurbished. The air conditioner and WI-FI of my colleagues did not function.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Machakos. Clean and modern with decent food and professional staff.

good serviced appartment. spacious and clean, very new. the location is very good, it is in one very lively area of Nairobi and very well serviced with taxi and Uber, very close to a shopping mall. there is a good security service and the all area is well covered by security also from the mall.people are very nice and available to help if needed.
