The room itself was excellent - spacious, immaculate, well-equipped with equipment for cooking and even a washing machine. Unfortunately my room (202) was above the entrance to a gaming club so noise from people entering and exiting, talking while smoking outside until the early morning made it impossible to sleep. Rooms on the other side f the hall would probably not have this problem.

At the center, has enough space. Facilities are good. They have microwave washing machine,heater at room and cutlery. Very comfortable and clean

Oda gayet temizdi. 2 gece kaldık gün arası temizliknde yapılmış. Gezmek için şehir merkezinde olması çok avantajlıydı. Gayet memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.

Konumu cok rahat bulduk, gezilevek yerlere yakin sayilir. otele ilk gelişimizde 2dk'da giris yapip odamiza cikabildik. Oda genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi ancak hafif bir rutubet kokusu vardi. Mutfak bölümünde ihtiyaciniz olabilecek, mikrodalgadan tutun tirbuşona kadar cogu sey düşünülmüş. Makyaj aynasi ve camasir makinesi olmasi cok hosuma gitti. 2. gun oda temizlensin demedigimiz halde temizlenmis tuvalet petecesi yenilenmisti. Tavsiye ederim ve tekrar Batum ziyaretim olursa burada konaklamayi düşünüyorum.

Hotel Soft: A Sparkling Gem in the Old Town My recent stay at Hotel Soft was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness. The entire hotel, from the lobby to my room, was spotless. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of Hotel Soft is simply fantastic. Being right next to the Old Town and New Town (almost half way between the 2) and just a few minutes away from the beach made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I was able to easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. This prime location was a huge plus and made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Soft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Old Town. You can live almost like the locals. The combination of sparkling cleanliness, a kind and helpful staff, and a superb location makes it an excellent choice.

The hotel is close to all major tourist attractions and the room service was great.

Great little hotel in central area, walking distance from most "attractions" (about 15 min walk to the sea). Decent price, Rooms are big and spaceous, clean too. Staff is great. Only downside is, if you are a light sleeper, ther is a popular internet cafe right next door, and occasionally groups might gather to smoke on the street, and can sometimes get little loud. Other than that, really decent place to stay, and i will definitely stay again when i return to batumi in nesr future.

Good value for this quality of accomodation . Gorgie is always around to assist guests , he is helpful and cares . Location is center of the city , therefore shopping and eating busineses are many araund the hotel . We will return…

Brilliant hotel in the heart of the old town Batumi. Everything you could want, kitchenet, washing machine, microwave ect. Hotel is well kept and staff is really friendly. If going to visit Batumi, I would highly recommend this hotel.
