They didn't let me check in and i lost my money and no way to get in contact with this app or agency

They mentioned that they have internet but there is no internet. When you try to communicate with them they don’t respond at all. The the rooms and toilets are very dirty, when I asked to talk to the manager he told me that he doesn’t speak English I don’t know why they are doing business internationally yet they can’t communicate with the customers.
