todos los servicios estuvieron excelentemente bien. encanta con el servicio y la amabilidad de cada de los trabajadores. Volveria a ir sin dudarlo. muchas actividades durante el fin de semana y eso a los hospedes nos entretiene. Su limpieza de los cuartos con cada detalle que nos hace snetir tan relajados, eso lo buscamos.

4 maravillosos días de vacaciones con mi familia. Buenas atenciones desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el personal fue atentos y profesionales con nosotros. Nos encantó la comida del Buffett!!!! Siempre había tanta variedad, todos los días había buena variedad, hicimos reservas en el italiano ( pero la verdad es que el buffet era perfecto por la variedad, todas las noches puedes degustar de una gran variedad de carnes. Las piscinas muy buenas, las actividades en el club para niños súper buenas, el parque de agua, nuestras habitaciones siempre estuvieron limpias, fuimos a un show de fuego en la noche muy bueno, los tragos, la variedad en el área de la piscina para comer delicioso!!!!! Es nuestra 3ra vez en Cancún primera vez visitando este Hilton y es un lugar que podría volver sin problemas.

There are good Dining options, but the quality is not very good

It was ok hotel they had really bad fly infestation in the dinning. Feel like i didnt realy get full experience for what i pay.transportation was was really bad service at the airport and even worst on the way back dont recommend to use the speedy company as your ride

We had a nice time. Property was clean. Children’s club was my son’s favorite part. Food was mediocre. Must book reservations as soon as you arrive during busy seasons

Best place for food. Vacation and more

Go elsewhere - other resorts are much nicer! Room was not ready on arrival, shower would not drain &flooded our bathroom (they fixed this relatively quickly/same day), thermostat would not go below 20.5C, which made sleeping uncomfortable, it's impossible to get dinner reservations, loud music until 22:30 every night

It’s nice however it’s not worth the price. The food was below average. Chairs in the main dining restaurant Vela are stained and so unclean. One loses one’s appetite looking at them. There are 4 restaurants that all require reservations and are open only for dinner. We tried the steak house which served really bad food. The steaks arrived cold and were chewy. Room service skirt steaks were much better. The buffet is sub par and the only one open for lunch and dinner. The only plus is the outstanding view and the whirlpool area. I wouldn’t recommend this place and would not return.

Resort was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, food quality was excellent and plenty of activities for the whole family.

Dinning experience was the best

I would rate this place a 7/10. We stayed 5 nights in a suite. The room was great for the 4 of us - we had alot of space and I loved the spacious bathroom, balcony & mini fridge items. The buffet food was pretty good - better than some of the dining restaurants. Their reservation process is annoying - you can only book 2 nights at a time & we usually got stuck with late reservations. I wish they offered a bit more. I was expecting more “authentic Mexican” food. Some staff were VERY friendly and others not so much. Housekeeping missed a few things daily. The resort isn’t too big so it’s nice if you are traveling with kids. I would book again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Service was great, rooms were clean, different outdoor activities every day and a lot of food options.

This is exactly what you would expect from a cheaper and cheerful all inclusive. The food was okay, nothing blew us out of the park. The staff were amazing which made the trip super fun.
