Super good value for the price compared to everything else I tried nearby. Nothing to dislike about this place at all!

Horrible horrible place. I had to wait a long time to check in, as the "front desk", which is nothing but a bar, seemed clueless about my reservation. Shower drain had hair clogged in it. Ants and cockroaches everywhere. There is no daily housekeeping, the maid just shows up some days at will dispite the "please clean my room" sign being on my door all day. When the maid does come, they did not change the bed sheets, give me fresh towels or soap, wipe off the table, or refill the toilet paper . Wifi is fickle. The owner is an old English guy who is very rude and combative, which I found comical. He loves to call the police and show up with them for minor things instead of confronting you directly one on one. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better options around.

There is a big bar across the street. If you are unfortunate enough to have a room facing the street, you will have to endure extremely loud American 80’s rock until about 330am

Hidden Gem- This Hotel had everything we required Cable TV, WiFi, Fridge,Hot Shower, Large Comfortable Bed and spotlessly clean. Very nice Hosts and we will recommend to anyone. This Hotel is located right opposite Action Street in Soi Buakhao ( on some web sites shows wrong location ) Soi Buakhao Market is 1 minute walk and LK Soi Metro only 6 minute walk . This is the Best Hotel I have stayed in Pattaya for a very long time and we will stay there again next April for sure
