This is an amazing property. Very clean and tranquil with friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are stunning…magic! Food is incredible. Don’t listen to any haters that don’t give it 5 stars. You would be ridiculous not to love this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Copal the aesthetic was really nice. The rooms were cleaned daily and the 2 restaurants onsite had good food pairings. The staff were polite and helpful during our stay. My only suggestion would be if you get a room with a pool don't get one on the ground floor as the foliage from the trees were all in the pool. Which deterred us from using it even though it's what we paid for. The roof top pool was free from that so next time we will probably get a regular room and utilize the rooftop. We were able to book transportation to and from the Cancun airport through them as well. Overall great stay.

Amazing property

This hotel was nice, inexpensive, staff really nice. Location you need to rent a car away from beach but walking distance to the strip. The restaurant in hotel great food.

Perfect zen place and very comfortable rooms, food and staff were very accomadating and knowledgeable, everyone helped with needs, excursions and taxi services.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Copal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It is an absolute slice of heaven!

Great staff, hotel was clean and quiet

Nice relaxing place. One of the pools was closed so there wasn't much public pool/relaxation area available. Overall really great value for money and definitely a place that I can recommend.

Copal staff were very accommodating the roof top pool was a vibe. on site Restaurant food was good. Property looks just like the photos. I enjoyed my nice hot showers! Zama Market and 7/11 nearby for snacks, you need a bike or car. I will be back!

Séjour convenable mais pas à la hauteur de nos espérances. Réservé une chambre mais pas pas celle que nous avons eu; hôtel complet.
