Amazing place, location, beautiful rooms!!

Tuvimos una estadía fantástica. Lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del staff; siempre predispuestos y con una sonrisa. ​El desayuno es excelente y nada monótono. Al ser a la carta, podés variar todos los días y tienen muchísimas opciones tanto vegetarianas como carnívoras y platos típicos mexicanos. El café libre es riquísimo. Un plus total es poder desayunar en la playa, y los días de clima feo, te lo llevan a la habitación sin problemas. ​En cuanto a la limpieza, impecable; cada vez que la pedimos dejaron todo perfecto. ​El único punto a tener en cuenta (ajeno al hotel) es que la calle de acceso está actualmente en construcción y es bastante oscura de noche, lo que puede ser un poco incómodo para caminar. Más allá de eso, ¡super recomendable!

Nous apprécié la gentillesse du personnel,la propreté, tout a été impeccable. Oui c est éloigné du centre ville ,pour nous c était parfait on adore marcher,et la plage a l hôtel toujours nettoyé et très tranquille . Je retournerais sans hésiter.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel is a good walk from the central area of shopping and restaurants but they are a few that are close as well.

The overall stay was just okay. I was unimpressed with the housekeeping quality/consistency (they would make the bed but not provide us clean towels?) on a more important note, I checked the both my doors were locked every day before leaving and upon returning on more than one occasion both my doors were left unlocked by housekeeping staff. Also the location isn’t that convenient, the ad says it’s a 3 min walk downtown but it’s actually 30. I unfortunately didn’t enjoy the food, service, or drinks at the restaurant on site either. The constant construction across the street is also something to be aware of as it got quite loud.

Great little hotel, friendly staff, nice beach. Only thing to improve on was the access road, which was dark, uneven, with smelly puddles and littered.

Everything was great, the only thing that I can mention is that there was not TV on the room, it is not something negative, but like sometimes on rainy days or at the end of the day you might want watch a movie. The staff was very nice and the room very spacious.

Hôtel situé bord de plage. Près de punta coco pour voir la bioluminescence. Le personnel nous a donné de bons conseils.

El personal es sensacional, desayunamos y comimos ahi es muy fresco y rico ...solo dos observaciones las almohadas son malisimas y aunque no fuimos a ver la tele en la villa que rente que es una de las amenidades no hubo señal. La regadera le hace falta una buena limpiada para que salga bien el agua !! Me dieron LCO lo cual agradezco...y espero regresar todo lo demas es increíble...soy repetitiva y nos vemos pronto

Extremely accommodating when we needed to change our room. Second time that they have went above and beyond.

Es un hotel muy bonito, la playa en frente del hotel está hermosa, es muy tranquilo, ideal si viajas con tu pareja para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes.
