its really near and walkig distance from the church. its located in a small alley and car unable to enter but its walkable. near by food places and cafes. front desk service sometimes friendly and sometimes unfriendly. depends on her mood. smile is not a thing in this hotel. they dont like to smile and always put up to a moodly face. breakfast is boring and kitchen helper is always moodly. bed is ok nice to sleep. toilet is clean. house keeping do a good job.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi with easy walking to many attractions. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. Jenny, the manager was wonderful in helping us arrange airport transport and tours.

helpful staffs. Air condition at lobby was off all the time. When we came back, outside so hot and hotel lobby was hot too. We ask staff can turn on the air condition, male staff who on duty told us we can turn on stand fan at the lobby. We don't understand most hotels lobby are on AC and so far only this hotel NEVER on the AC all time.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent, some of our room bed sheets were dirty. First day arriving ac in room was not working, quite hot but got better as we stayed few days. Good location to a lot of other service shops on Ngõ Huyện street.

Sadly this wasn’t a great place to stay. For the price our room was very basic (even though we were told we had been upgraded), the bath towels had holes in them and the service wasn’t great.
