Great staff and hotel rooms

Enjoyed the location and helpfulness of staff.

Every staff are wonderful, helpful and very kind. Excellent breakfast. Location is great . Spacious room with very good air-condition and a fan. I highly recommend this hotel

Es ist ein sehr sehr sehr schlechtes Hotel. Ich habe viele Hotels in vielen Ländern in der Preiskategorie besucht und übernachtet. Das war bis heute das schlechteste Hotel überhaupt. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Es wird sogar untereinander geschrien und gebrüllt. Die Zimmer sind voller Schimmel. Direkt beim hineingehen in die Zimmer merkt man den Schimmel. Die Wände wurden übermalt, um den Schimmelbildung zu verstecken. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist sogar von starken negativen Auswirkungenauf die Gesundheit auszugehen. Es ist wirklich alles alles schlimm hier.

my stay at chelsea hotel was nice, but I lost my perfum in the room when I asked cleaners to clean my room.

Customer service needs to be improved

Room was clean. Limited choice for breakfast but good for the price. Got charged for water at check out as hotel did not spicify what was/ not included as free. This spoilt the actual stay for us

Need Wheat based Indian Chapati and pratha should be unlimited drinking water hardly one guest will drink max 2 ltr and rest is all good. specially Staff is nice.

This hotel isn't the Hilton by any means but if you are looking for a safe, clean budget hotel this would be it. Didn't see any bugs (we've had issues in other tropical hotels) and the room was very clean!

Bad wifi. Unsafe area for families. Smelly bathroom. Ok but not value for money. Should be cheaper

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were first checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned and were then moved to the adjacent room which happened to be right next to the elevator. The walls are thin and we could hear everything from the next room. The front desk agents who checked us in were less than courteous and had attitudes when we brought forth the deficincies. The laundry misplaced one of the four items we sent for washing and had an attitude when we asked them about the missing item. The bellwoman, doorwoman, housekeeing and lunchroom staff were courteous however we wouldn't recommend this hotel for future stays.

Nice place, nice staff but the area around the hotel does not look too good. There are markets, low class restaurants and shops around the corner.

la chambre 301 m'a été attribuée à mon arrivée ... très belle chambre... mais tout juste arrivée devant celle-ci la récépton à appelé la femme de chambre se trouvant a l'étage, pour me demander de redescendre ... car, il faudrait payer plus pour avoir une belle chambre ... je paye donc plus ... mais je reçoit la chambre 609... vraiment limite ... la 301 ne m'était plus accordée ... alors que je venais de payer plus cher .... je suis déçue !

La chambre réservée, possédait 2 lits séparés que nous aurions très bien joindre pour un faire un grand … mais il aura fallut payer plus cher pour avec une chambre plus petite avec un seul grand lit !!!
