Machine a café en panne, miroir dans le pkacard inaccessible car ouverture bloquée par la porte dentree. Le ménage laissait a désirer, des megots trainaient au sol.

El apartamanto estaba bien.Lo unico la entrada no fue a la hora teniamos a las 15:00 y lleguemos un poco mas tarde y tuvimos que esperar..no estaba lista el apartamento.Nos la dieron una hora y media mas tarde Hemos hechado en falta alguna compesacion,en lo demas estaba correcto.

Problema de ruido con los vecinos. Al no existir personal físico in situ, existe un menor control sobre las instalaciones

Estaba todo limpio. Nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café, encanta el detalle...

como apartamento esta bien

The staff was very helpful. However, my room was appeared to be a ground floor office that had been converted to a hotel room. The windows were covered with the thick curtains which took up the majority of the room. There was barely any space between the bed and the windows. I had stayed there

Todo bien, pero no funzionava él secador. Cocina bien esuipada

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was functional. The shower dripped water outside and made a mess in the bathroom, and very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen floor had some residue, which meant not fully cleaned.

Perfect but not 24 hours desk service

Une odeur très forte dans la chambre chimique, draps avec des taches, et au Rez de chaussée sans lumière et aussi le meilleur : des travaux avec un fort bruit au dessus de ma tête des 10h du matin au moins prevenir

Did not use the pool, Room had some burned lights, notified front desk

Totally disappointing! Terrible quality/price ratio. Not as published, table full of holes, parking lot very dirty and dark, great for a Halloween party. First and last time.

Check in très compliqué . Pas de personnel à l’accueil et pas de numéro de réservation envoyé lors de la réservation. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et matériel vétuste. Deux simples lits. Seul bon point : chambre silencieuse.

I would recommend this place a million times over…

Very friendly and helpful staff, in fairly new and modern design and rooms.
