Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. Hands down the best hotel in the canaries. Beautiful grounds and pools.

Spacious, comfortable villa. Friendly staff. Secluded/private villa. Good breakfast. Quite far from anything, so you ideally need a car or use taxis. Even the nearest beach is a 30 min walk down a steep hill (and a 40 mins walk back up a steep hill!). Good parking though. Overall, very nice.

Fabulous stay. Luxurious and totally chill resort. Quiet. Private. Friendly and professional service. Outstanding mountain view from the top level Infiniti pool. Immaculate landscaping throughout the resort. Large and nicely decorated villas. Food ok but could be improved.

Besonders und exklusiv. Große Zimmer. River mit den Pflanzen wie in den Tropen. Leider Zimmer am Green River 16-22 für unseren Geschmack zu dunkel, keine Waschlappen im Zimmer und Abendessen hat uns v.a. im Bezug zum Preis nicht geschmeckt, wobei das Frühstück sehr gut war.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I couldn't have made a better choice to surprise her with. From the service, far, above and beyond my expectations to the sheer beauty of the hotel itself, the unique setup of the villa's which are perfectly adorned and decorated very romantically, the private pool that connects to the river is so unique and it was one of our favourite parts. The restaurants and the food in general was incredible, very high-end and LUXURIOUS, that was the overall feeling. The value of the entire stay was once again above and beyond what I had ever expected. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to all of the major attractions but secluded enough to feel exclusive. Can't thank the staff enough for making our stay feel special.

We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay in what can only be described as an “utter paradise.” From the moment we stepped out of the taxi until the moment we got back in the taxi to go home was sublime. We had a river villa….the website does not show it as it really is. It was just out of this world. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower were excellent and the outdoor space and roof terrace were amazing…..the pool and the river access were an even bigger bonus. We only ate in the restaurant one night but that was 10 oout of 10. The quality of the food and restaurant was amazing. The breakfast selection and setting combined with the ever friendly staff was fantastic. There is no doubt whatsoever we will be back. Thank you so much Royal River.

Amazing, calm and relaxing.

This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool are excellent. Staff were very friendly, great food options and plenty of space around the two pools so it never feels crowded
