Rigtig fint familie værelse med to separate senge. Pænt og rent. Beliggenheden var helt central med restauranter og pænt rent i gader. Kan helt klart anbefales. Det eneste minus var at trappen var smal og snoet og vi boede på 5 sal. Det kunne have givet problemer hvis vi havde gangbesvær eller store kufferter.

It has a great location, and for a couple of days it's a good option. The rooms are small but functional. There's no air conditioning, which is something to keep in mind if it's hot, and there's no elevator either, something to consider if you have a lot of luggage. Easy access. Overall, it was a good experience for the one night we spent there.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER AS THERE IS NO AIRCONDITIONING!!!! Whilst a portable fan was provided it did not make a difference and we ended up having to book somewhere else for our second night as it was unbearable to sleep in on the first. We also werent able to check into the room when we got there at 3.25 (it was still be cleaned) but the hotel did offer late checkout as an apology but this wasnt really suitable for us.

Ich war als alleinreisende Frau in diesem Hotel und würde es leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel funktioniert komplett im Self-Service. Man erhält Codes für Eingang und Zimmer. Allerdings ließ sich die Haupteingangstür während meines Aufenthalts auch ohne Code öffnen. Dadurch hatte ich kein sicheres Gefühl, da praktisch jeder Zugang zum Gebäude hatte. Ein weiteres Problem war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Bei etwa 35 °C war das Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Es standen mehrere Ventilatoren bereit, zwei davon waren jedoch nicht einsatzbereit (wieso räumt die keiner weg?). Der funktionierende Ventilator sorgte kaum für Abkühlung. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: In der Dusche befanden sich fremde Haare und schwarzer Schimmel. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist zudem das Raumkonzept: Dusche und Toilette befinden sich im selben Raum wie das Bett. Für Alleinreisende noch akzeptabel, für Paare fehlt jedoch Privatsphäre. Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist sehr steil und eng, mit großem Koffer oder eingeschränkter Mobilität problematisch. Außerdem ist das Hotel extrem hellhörig. Türen anderer Zimmer waren nachts so laut, dass ich mehrfach aufgewacht bin. Am Check-out-Tag wurde bereits ab 9 Uhr mehrfach an meine Tür geklopft – trotz „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild –, sodass ich früher als geplant gegangen bin. Positiv ist lediglich die hervorragende Lage. Diese konnte die zahlreichen Mängel für mich jedoch nicht ausgleichen.

Clean rooms. Just didn’t realized it was a five story walk up. Great location though. Make sure you know what floor you staying on. Limited space to put your suitcases.

We would not stay here again as the property is unattended by any staff.

I wouldn't stay here again. Miserable experience and no one at the property to assist. I have tried multiple times to contact the property and nothing.

Good location and nice staff but small room thats not that clean unfurtonately. Bathroom without a dorr, and no ac in the room but i shouldve checked that before hand :)

This is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb. There are no staff present, only communication is via WhatsApp. The first time I saw anyone in 5 days was as we were leaving the hotel at checkout. The stairs are truly impossible to navigate unless you are young and fit. We were on the 5the floor - there is no elevator - and carrying cases up and down was like an olympic event. Issues in the hotel room were reported to the hotel via Expedia and whatsapp and were not actioned - the velux window blind did not close in the bedroom and made bed time difficult due to light coming through. The safe didn't work. The room cleanliness was acceptable but certainly can be improved e.g. thick dust under beds. Walls are very thin and sounds like people in adjacent rooms are walking inside yours. The location is great but I could not recommend this hotel in good faith unless you are fit and able enough to tackle the stairs.

Pretty good value as it's well situated and well maintained. The only things people should be aware of are that there is no elevator so you have to take all your luggage up and down a narrow spiral staircase by hand. Also there are no staff anywhere (unless you happen to meet a cleaner on the stairs) so you have to get codes from a text message to gain entry. And there's no air conditioning! But the rooms were good, facilities in good shape and there is a handy cool basement for making tea where you can also store luggage for free if you have a few hours between checkout time and your train time, so you can stroll around the Marais unencumbered by extremely heavy suitcases.

The hotel was very clean, in a good location, and perfect for a family of four. We were able to leave our bags for the day after check out to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Trapporna var värre än jag kunde föreställa mig. Tur att det fanns räcke att hålla i.Men rummet var ok, dock väldigt litet och precis bakom sängen var toaletten utan dörr vilket inte var trevligt ! Positivt att kunna förvara väskorna vid ankomst och efter utcheckning. Otur att toaletten i källaren var ur funktion.

Great location, nice updated rooms, staff helpful

Great location! The room is a good size for a solo traveler and it’s nice to not have to worry about a key. The front desk was helpful and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. There is a shared refrigerator in the basement as well as coffee and tea. I would recommend staying here as you can walk or metro everywhere in the city!
