Staff always helpful. Great place at affordable rates.

The air conditioning was not really working. The stuff were great but amenities they have to do better.

I was unable to travel to Ghana due to a bereavement in my family. On 9 April, I contacted Hill View Hotel to request a change to my booking dates. Unfortunately, my message was not acknowledged. I also attempted to reach the hotel by phone, but received no response. I followed up with a second message via Expedia, and again received no reply. I have stayed at Hill View Hotel on previous visits to Accra, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. The lack of communication and customer support in this situation fell well below expectations. As a result, I will not be staying at the hotel again.

Pictures told a different story from the actual rooms, booked a Suite but truly it was a Room, the shower was small, it felt old and unkept, hotel tried to charge for Transportation shuttle but there was not one, Overall experience was just terrible.

The entire staff starting with the manager (Ms Ivy) were all very professional and helpful. I stayed long enough so I had excellent dealings with all the staff (Andy, Devine, Fred Jennifer, Agatha and the gate man), all of whom were very helpful and professional.

The room wasn't properly clean and they were bunch of insects flying around and their fridge was very dirty as well

Proximity to the airport was good for me. However, there was no shuttle services to the airport

Good stay

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a good experience. I particularly like that it is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants. Parking is inside the hotel’s gate.

The property is in a very good location with very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always delivered the service with a smile. The property is very well maintained and clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast and the wifi were also excellent. It is very quiet and I felt very safe there. I will definitely stay there again.
