Great location away from the noise of the port. A bit difficult to find. Amazing staff and friendly service. The food was 5*****. Rachel at the bar is a great person with local knowledge.

The room was a lil dusty, it seems like no one has been in there for a while. It’s wasn’t too bad though . The food at Koi was AMAZING. They don’t provide taxi option. It’s quite because it’s in the back of the back with nothing around

In the first room , The ac in the room did not work , the fridge does not keep the items chilled. The hot water was not working. We were switched . Everything but the fridge worked. Even though the reception team was informed of my birthday . The flower petals were laid on the bed the next day . Because the room was never cleaned that day even though the dign was on the door. Went for an evening snack off property , because the menu on property does not change. No one wants to eat the same thing each day. Mix it up , and no local dishes. Left the sign on door to have room made up .even told the front desk agent Stephanie to have them clean the room as a back up . Still was not done. Mind you we were on property until 1pm . Returned @5pm . Nothing was done . Called reception asked for soap , the guy who was clearly not housekeeping came to the door 4 times to bring various items we asked for and no soap but 3 bottles of lotion. Jamal and Ansenata from the restaurant were great at their jobs . Overall poor service , will never return to Koi again in st Kitts.

Necesitaba que me ayudaran con el rembolso de 3 noches y 4 días y no me ayudaron. Tuve un imprevisto con mi viaje y mi jefe me solicitó irme de la isla antes de tiempo. Es un tema de que se sale de mis manos y no quisieron ayudarme.

Staffs was really friendly. We got our keys check in to our room I had a few chocolate bars and couples bottle of water put it in the chiller/fridge in the room went out cones back found it they were all melted. Call reception they send up someone to look at it told us they will replace but they never did. Fitted sheet on the bed was not iron, cleaner came on the following day clean our room took all the towels in the bathroom that used for the floor as I dried on the rails not even replace them so I call the reception and they send someone with one hand towel over to us to used for the bathroom floor which is this bathroom it's had a shower room separated from the bathroom and the toilet. Don't get me wrong but it is a beautiful tile floor but I can't believe they just expect us to walk around with wet feet's after having a shower/bath so we used our dirty clothes for the bathroom following morning I asked the reception for some floor towels they never give us any. Saturday morning just after 12.00am in the morning we were woken up by the fire alarm we went downstairs to the reception area through the ste stairs way there was only one staff member downstairs we asked him what happened ge told us someone set the fire alarm off in the kitchen nothing else. Mt overall experience with Koi was not good at all especially our porch was so dust and have spider webs too. Im not the type to complain about anything but I thought I might wrote one for Koi.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at the Koi St. Kitts Hotel was so bad, I had to take a minute to calm down before writing this. Hands down, one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. From check-in, it was a disaster. The front desk agent wasn’t warm or welcoming—she was juggling other guests mid-conversation with me. She even asked for two IDs because I had another person in the room. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never been asked for that. Then, when she asked if I was a Hilton member, I said yes but didn’t recall my number. The process dragged on so long I had to ask if I was finished, only to be told she was “multitasking.” All while flies buzzed around the lobby. The next day at 3:00 AM, my room alarm inexplicably went off, followed by a constant buzzing or banging—either from the fridge or next door. I reported it immediately. It was never fixed. When I returned to my room later that day, there were no fresh towels and nothing had been replenished. After calling the front desk, housekeeping eventually arrived—with the most hostile, unprofessional attitude I’ve ever seen. She actually asked if I was going to make the bed or if she had to do it, then complained it was the end of her shift and she didn’t know why “this was now her problem.” Her tone was so aggressive, I shut my door and called the front desk again. No guest should feel unsafe in their own hotel room. The hotel’s solution? A free breakfast. Not a room discount, not a late
