The host was welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, and the check in was easy and simple.

It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! The door is not very soundproof so we can hear well whenever someone comes in and out the room or the main door. Otherwise it’s a good stay!

Excellent room and amenities, we stayed for a visit to cinque terre, 15 minute walk to La speiza centrale train station right around the corner from excellent restaurants and shops Great process to check in! Check out is a little early (10am) but we were up and on the road anyway.

This was a fantastic stay. The lady at the check in desk (can’t remember her name) is a sweetheart. Communication was great and suggested places to eat and visit. Very nice lady. Our room was immaculate. We had the studio with the kitchen and it had 2 balconies which were awesome to sit on at night and people watch with a drink. Fantastic central location off the main walking path, wasn’t too loud or anything. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. Fresh towels every day and very updated and modern. Lovely stay.

Nice apartment! Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. I’d definitely stay there again.

Easy and close walk to the train station. Cheaper area than the 5 cities around. Felt pretty safe. Room was clean. I wish the heating pad was working over summer to dry the swimming suits overnight.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fidelio. L'accueil y était très chaleureux et on nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour les trains et bus, très faciles d'accès depuis le logement. Le studio était très propre et contenait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le menage y est fait tous les jours. Nous n'entendions aucun bruit de la rue. Le parking recommandé à 15 min de marche (Darmi) nous a coûté 5 euros par 24h. Attention toutefois car la sortie piétonne est fermée temporairement en raison de travaux et le passage se fait par une base militaire. Encore une fois l'accueil était parfait

We chose this hotel primarily as it said that parking was included, however this was not the case. However the lady that worked at the hotel was really nice and helped us to find a street parking. Overall, we had a really nice stay and the location was perfect and the room was clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus!

The property was very nice. The elevator was pretty small but it gets you to your floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is not always someone at reception but if you text them they respond quickly.
