We have stayed a few times now, the rooms are basic, very much like a holiday / premier inn back in the UK. The attention to detail is lacking here the shower cubicle area is showing its age and really do need re grouting or good bleaching. The first room on this trip the aircon unit was not working correctly so had a very uncomfortable night as too hot. We did report the aircon and maintenance came and told us it was working fine, trust me the temperature through the night tells a differnet story. As we were only there one night we suffered in silence. On the return trip we stayed in a different room, as we specifically said the aircon needed to be working, when we got into the room we switched it on and it appeared to work well, however after around an hour it when into melt down mode and had to be reset. I work out if you set the temp to desired level and then left the fan speed on auto it worked fine, but if you put it on the most powerful mode then it would last an hour and then need resetting. The beds are showing there age, the mattress in the second room was like lying on a roller coaster and every time me or the wife moved we worked each other up. I will definitely be looking at differnet hotels the next time we travel to Lusaka.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Booking was not confirmed via Expedia and had to re-book again on the spot, rate is different, the room is very small to fit in 2 beds, defect on hair dryer, pool water is too cold and is murky, food quality at restaurant is good

I selected a room away from the road and it was quiet and peaceful through the night.

Enjoyed our stay

By far this is the best hotel we've stayed at since being in town. It's nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to walk to the mall next door. Im glad we found something new and modern. The breakfast was delicious and staff took care of us when we needed something.
