worst place ever so not understanding

I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Fantastic apartment but finding the entrance and gaining entry was a nightmare.

Spacious, clean and well presented apartment. 2 double bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. We had a really pleasant, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to others. Right in the town centre but very quiet. Slept so well.

The only real issue that was experienced was access to the property at the beginning. I found this an irritation which was resolved by the support team on the phone. I was worried about the location and it was strange to access from a service road and also that the initial door access was left open a number of times. The room was clean, tidy and a great location.

Rooms overall were really nice. Good location for Thorpe park, the retail park and a restaurants. However, when entering the property it stunk of stale cigarette smoke.

no lift and just stairs not easy to go to third floor with luggage.

To much hastle trying to make booking, wanting I.D.

Don’t be put off by the exterior of the property. Access is from the rear of the shops. I’ve stayed in two different apartments and both have been clean, well equipped, spacious & comfortable. Lovely & quiet inside the apartment, I didn’t hear any other guests other than the odd door closing. As you’re on the high street there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The Charles Hope are now my go to apartments if I’m working in the area.

Beautiful apartment very conveniently situated

Lovely Appt. just a few snags/ideas. The oven doesn't work properly. The smell from ‘Subway’ is minging. Stick some comestibles in the fridge/cupboard, salt n pepper would be good, olive oil. Other than that, really comfy secure place.

Nice place, clean modern and pretty spacious. Lots of amenities nearby as its located near a retail park.

Enjoyed our time here. Nice modern apartment which was comfortable during our stay. Would definitely stay at a Charles Hope apartment again.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious and had everything that I needed for an extended stay including a washer/dryer. The apartment was on the third floor (no lift) and there was a large balcony at both the front and rear of the apartment. The electronic key is great but not sure how you would cope if you don't have a smartphone. You really need to follow the directions they supply otherwise you may find it hard to locate the entrance. The only negative, and it was a major one during my stay, is there is no air conditioning. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but it was particularly hot during my stay which necessitated having the balcony doors and windows open all the time. The apartment backs directly on to the service area of the Two Rivers retail park and there were constant deliveries throughout the night. The lorries were large and the service area is small so there was a lot of manoeuvring and reversing with the accompanying engine and beeping noises. This made it impossible to get a full night's sleep. The photo attached to the review was taken at 02:52 am! It was only on the final night when the weather cooled off and I was able to keep the doors and windows closed that I managed to sleep the whole night through. Overall I would consider staying there again as long as the weather was not hot!

Lovely apartment in a great location for my business trip. Easy parking. Great wi-fi as it was for the apartment alone and not shared.

Really enjoyed our stay at Charles Hope apartments. Comfortable, good value and a great location. We just had a slight issue finding the entrance and getting the automatic key working. However we phoned and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I'd have liked information on the email that the entrance is round the rear of the shops.

Very central location, great new apartments and very clean. Bargain for this area too.
